Claims (6)
- 第1方向に延長される第1主電極と、
前記第1方向に延長され、前記第1主電極と並んで配置される第2主電極と、
前記第1主電極から第2方向に前記第2主電極に向かって延長され、位置によって互いに異なる面積を有する複数個の第1分岐電極と、
前記第2主電極から前記第2方向に前記第1主電極に向かって延長され、前記第1分岐電極の間にそれぞれ配置され、位置によって互いに異なる面積を有する複数個の第2分岐電極と、
前記第1主電極に電気的に接続される第1リード電極と、
前記第2主電極に電気的に接続される第2リード電極と、
前記第2方向に前記第1主電極と電気的に接続されるように配置され、前記第1リード電極と前記第1主電極を接続する第1連結電極と、
前記第2方向に前記第2主電極と電気的に接続されるように配置され、前記第2リード電極と前記第2主電極を接続する第2連結電極と、
をそれぞれが含む第1ロー及び第2ローを備え、
前記第2のローは、前記第1ローと分離され前記第1ローと隣接して並んで配置され、
前記第1分岐電極は、前記第1方向に進むにしたがって次第に広いかまたは小さい面積を有し、前記第2分岐電極は、前記第1方向に進むにしたがって次第に小さいかまたは広い面積を有することを特徴とする入力装置。 - 前記第1主電極、前記第1分岐電極、前記第2主電極及び前記第2分岐電極は、同一の平面に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の入力装置。
- 前記第1主電極及び前記第1分岐電極から測定される第1キャパシタンス、及び前記第2主電極及び前記第2分岐電極から測定される第2キャパシタンスの入力を受ける駆動部をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の入力装置。
- 前記複数個の第1分岐電極の面積の合計は、前記複数個の第2分岐電極の面積の合計に対応することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の入力装置。
- 前記第1連結電極及び前記第2連結電極は、
前記第1ローの一端及び他端において互いに対向するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の入力装置。 - 前記第1ローは、
前記第1リード電極と前記駆動部を連結する第1パッド電極、及び、
前記第2リード電極と前記駆動部を連結する第2パッド電極をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の入力装置。
