選択された入射角分布に基づくキャビティ高さ分布と、
を備え、結果として得られるキャビティ高さ分布は、第1のセクションおよび第2のセクションにおいてブレード厚みと一致し、第1のセクションおよび第2のセクションの間のブレードに沿ってブレード厚みより大きくなっていることを特徴とするポンプ部材。
