Description
− 成分(II−a):Cu2Oまたは酸化銅(I);
− 成分(II−b):Cu(OH)2または水酸化銅(II);
− 成分(II−c):CuSO4または硫酸銅(II);
− 成分(II−d):銅ピリチオンは、銅リガンド、特にCu+またはCu2+と1種または2種のピリチオン分子の錯体であり、それによって(1−ヒドロキシ−2(1H)−ピリジンチオナト−O,S)銅(CAS 154592−20−8)またはビス(1−ヒドロキシ−2(1H)−ピリジンチオナト−O,S)銅(CAS 14915−37−8)を生成する;
− 成分(II−e):CuSCNまたはチオシアン酸銅;
− 成分(II−f):CuCO3または炭酸銅;
− 成分(II−g):ZnOまたは酸化亜鉛(II);
− 成分(II−h):ZnCl2、または塩化亜鉛(II);
− 成分(II−i):ZnSO4、または硫酸銅(II);
− 成分(II−j):ジネブまたは亜鉛エチレンビス(ジチオカルバメート);および− 成分(II−k):亜鉛ピリチオンまたは(ビス(1−ヒドロキシ−2(1H)−ピリジンチオナト−O,S)−T−4)亜鉛。
着または定着はまた構造物の「汚損」として知られる。対象物の外側のみならず、おそらく内側もまた、劣化するかも知れず、表面は、例えば、平滑な、清潔な、そして流線形の表面から、粗雑な、汚損された、そして乱流を起こす表面へと変化し、対象物の重量は、生物およびそれらの残滓の沈着によって増加し、そして対象物の近傍は塞がれたり邪魔されるようになることがある。含まれる対象物およびシステムの機能は低下し、そして水性環境の質は悪化する。汚損生物の付着を防除する普通の方法は、防汚剤を含むコーティングによって保護されるように構造物を処理することによる。

成分(II)単独のいずれかを含む組成物に比較された場合、汚損生物に対して相乗効果をもたらすそれらの割合である。当業者には理解できるように、該相乗効果は、それに対して効果が測定される汚損生物の種類および処理される基質(substrate)に応じて、組成物における成分(I)および(II)の種々の割合内で得られるであろう。本出願の教示に基づいて、そのような組み合わせ物の相乗効果の決定は、実験1において記述されるような毒物プレートアッセイ(Poison Plate Assay)の操作にしたがって実施することができる。しかしながら、一般に、ほとんどの汚損生物に対して、組み合わせ物における成分(I)対成分(II)の量の適当な重量割合は、10:1〜1:10の範囲になければならない。特に、この範囲は、8:2〜2:8、より特に、3:1〜1:3または2:1〜1:2である。本発明の組成物における成分(I)対成分(II)のその他の特定の比率は、成分(I)および成分(II)の1種の間で1:1比である。
組み合わせで使用されてもよい。
生物の種類、利用できる器具の形式および保護される材料の種類にしたがって当業者によって選ばれる。
同時または連続使用のための組み合わせ物として、
− (a)成分Iとして、4−ブロモ−2−(4−クロロフェニル)−5−(トリフルオロメチル)−1H−ピロール−3−カルボニトリルまたはその塩を含んでなる組成物、および
− (b)Cu2O、Cu(OH)2、CuSO4、銅ピリチオン、CuSCN、CuCO3、ZnO、ZnCl2、ZnSO4、ジネブおよび亜鉛ピリチオンから選ばれる、成分(II)を含んでなる組成物:
を含有する生産物であって、該(a)および(b)が、汚損生物に対して相乗効果を与えるようにそれぞれの割合で存在する生産物を包含する。

Claims (10)
- 成分(I)として、4−ブロモ−2−(4−クロロフェニル)−5−(トリフルオロメチル)−1H−ピロール−3−カルボニトリルまたはその塩、および成分(II)として、亜鉛ピリチオン(pyrithione)を含んでなる組成物であって;成分(I)および成分(II)が、汚損生物に対して相乗効果を与える2:1〜1:4の重量割合で存在する組成物。
- 成分(I)対成分(II)の重量比が2:1〜1:3である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 成分(I)対成分(II)の重量比が2:1〜1:2である、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 成分(I)対成分(II)の重量比が1:1〜1:2である、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 成分(I)対成分(II)の重量比が1:1である、請求項4に記載の組成物。
- 成分(I)の量が、組成物の総重量に対して1wt%〜40wt%の範囲である、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 汚損生物の防除のための、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の組成物の使用方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の組成物の防汚の有効な量の投与または適用を含む、汚損生物に対して材料を保護する方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の組成物の防汚の有効な量を添加することによるバラスト水を消毒する方法。
- 同時または連続使用のための組み合わせ物として、(a)成分Iとして、4−ブロモ−2−(4−クロロフェニル)−5−(トリフルオロメチル)−1H−ピロール−3−カルボニトリルまたはその塩を含んでなる組成物、および(b)成分IIとして、亜鉛ピリチオンを含んでなる組成物、
を含有する生産物であって、該(a)および(b)が、汚損生物に対して相乗効果を与える2:1〜1:2の重量割合で存在する生産物。
