Claims (2)
- 減圧下のプラズマ反応管内に、当量反応に満たない酸素を反応ガスとして供給して、酸素不足による還元雰囲気を生成した状態でマイクロ波を照射し、グロー放電によって反応ガスをプラスマ化してから、前記プラズマ反応管内にバイオマス又は有機廃液をプローブを介して直接投入して分解処理することにより、可燃ガスを生成することを特徴とするマイクロ波非平衡プラズマを用いた有機物質の処理方法。
- 前記バイオマス又は有機廃液は、前記プローブを介して前記反応部内に設置した試料台上に滴下し、試料台上に一定時間保持することを特徴とする請求項1記載のマイクロ波非平衡プラズマを用いた有機物質の処理方法。
