Claims (1)
- 減圧した反応管内に酸素を供給するとともに、該反応管内にマイクロ波を照射して当該反応管内の酸素を電離して非平衡プラズマ燃焼場を生成し、この非平衡プラズマ燃焼場中にプローブを利用して前記酸素の当量反応に満たない量の難分解性有機廃液を投入することによって、該難分解性有機廃液を可燃ガス及び炭素系高機能材料或いはフラーレンに改質する処理システムにおいて、前記プローブの外周部に別途酸素を供給して反応管内周面付近の酸素濃度を当量反応付近まで高めることにより、前記反応管内に煤が付着することを防止してマイクロ波の反応管内への透過率を向上させ、可燃ガス及び炭素系高機能材料或いはフラーレンの生成を促進することを特徴とする非平衡プラズマ燃焼を用いた難分解性有機廃液の処理システム。
