50at%から75at%の範囲の酸素、および
0.5at%から15at%の窒素。
このような状況では、以下の好ましい構成の1つ以上を示す「乾燥泥」型コーティング層が使用される。

前記コーティング層は、ナノメートルおよび/またはマイクロメートルサイズの結節状である微細構造を示し、
前記コーティング層は、1023/cm3以下、および好ましくは10×1020空孔/cm3以上、または実際に30×1020空孔/cm3を超える、酸素空孔の濃度を示し、ならびに
前記コーティング層は、20μmを超える厚さを示す。
50at%から75at%の範囲の酸素、および
0.5at%から15at%の窒素。
(特に航空機エンジンからの)温室効果ガス排出を低減することができる、有害種および汚染種を捕捉するこのような効果は、上述の好ましい工程によって得た本発明のセラミック/酸化物コーティング層が、触媒として作用する酸化セリウムをベースとしているという事実に起因する。この組成のために、およびこの高い空孔、特に酸素空孔の密度のために、ガス(炭化水素、一酸化炭素、酸化窒素、すすおよび他の排気ガス化合物など)を捕捉すること、ならびに酸化還元反応により、有害なおよび/または汚染性の化合物の少なくとも一部を排除することが可能であり、同時に反応するのに好適であるイオンの少なくとも一部が再生される。工程によって得たコーティング層の良好な酸素貯蔵能力(OSC)特性も同時に言及する必要があるのは、熱力学的に最も安定である酸化物層を形成するために、酸素空孔を存在させることによって、酸化性汚染性ガスとの関連で作用するだけでなく、コーティング層中での拡散によっても作用する酸素を周囲から捕捉する現象が存在することになるためである。
前記亀裂が10μm未満の幅lを示し、
前記コーティング層は、ナノメートルおよび/またはマイクロメートルサイズの結節状である微細構造を示し、
前記コーティング層は、10×1020空孔/cm3以上である酸素空孔の濃度を示し、および
前記コーティング層は、30μm未満の厚さを示す。
50at%から75at%の範囲の酸素、および
0.5at%から15at%の窒素。
1.1:Ce(No3)3、6H2O塩を水に所望の濃度で溶解させる、
1.2:空気との接触および金属カチオン(セリウムに適用される。)の考えられる部分酸化を回避するための密封貯蔵、
1.3:電解浴の調製。この電解浴は、周囲温度の溶液400マイクロリットル(mL)を撹拌せずに充填したビーコンである、および
1.4:3個の電極を有する従来の電気化学セル、即ち参照電極30を使用した、コーティングされる試料であって、これ自体が作用電極(陰極26)を構成する試料の表面全体に電流密度を良好に分散させる、幅広白金対電極(陽極28)。
1.5:気相アルミナイズのために白金Ptを成膜する前に、通例のようにアルミナAl2O3を用いたサンドブラストによってこの表面を調製するが、他のいずれの種類の調製(機械研磨、電気化学的調製など)も除外される必要はない、
1.6:試料のアルコール溶媒、好ましくはエタノール中でのグリース除去、すすぎおよび次いで熱気中での乾燥(50℃<T<200℃)、ならびに
1.7:電気接触を提供する(例えば接触クランプなど)および電着電解浴に対して不活性である(例えばPt)系を使用して、試料/部品の全体の表面上への膜形成の妨害を回避するための、試料/部品の断面(端)による試料/部品の固定。
1.8:接触クランプの、印加のための設定値の制御(印加電位または印加電流)および分極されている系の応答の記録(このためインサイチュー追跡を行うことが可能となる。)の両方の役割を果たすポテンシオスタット(またはガルバノスタット)への接続、
1.9:(表面全体に均一な成膜を得るために)白金対電極に対して完全に中心となる位置における、およびインサイチューで行われる測定の再現性を確実にするために、常に同じ方式で分極に対する系の応答を記録するために、一定であり制御された参照電極からの距離での、コーティングのための部品の浸漬、
1.10:好ましい電着条件:時間=20分、j=−1mA.cm−2、浴の濃度=0.1mol/L、
1.11:電着終了時における、部品の抜出しおよび次の水中でのすすぎ、続いてのアルコール溶媒(エタノール)中での30秒間(s)のすすぎおよび熱気中での乾燥(1.6項と同様)、
1.12:乾燥空気中、好ましくは空気から湿気を捕捉するための物質(例えばシリカゲルなど)を含有するデシケータ中での少なくとも24時間の貯蔵、ならびに
1.13:5℃/分の速度で温度が上昇および下降される、1050℃にて1時間にわたる不活性アルゴン雰囲気下での熱処置。
ニッケルアルミナイド(もしくは他の何らかの種類のアルミナイド上)の基板、または
白金をベースとする基板、または
ニッケルシリサイド(もしくは他の何らかの種類のシリサイド上)の基板、または
いくらかの最低量の電子伝導性を示す複合材料(例えばCoマトリックスおよびタングステンカーバイドの補強を有する「サーメット」)によって構成された基板である。
Claims (13)
- 電子導電性材料からなる基板を備え、該基板表面の少なくとも一部の上にカソード電着工程によって成膜されたコーティングを有し、該コーティングがセラミックコーティングの層を備えた部品であって、前記コーティング層が酸化セリウムをベースとすることと、前記コーティング層が1×1017/cm3以上の酸素空孔の濃度、この表面中に開口する複数の亀裂、ならびに少なくとも5μmおよび最大で100μmの厚さを示すことを特徴とする、部品。
- 2つの隣接する亀裂の間の距離が5μmから50μmの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の部品。
- 前記コーティング層が、
0.5at%から35at%の範囲の酸化セリウム、
0.5at%から75at%の範囲の酸素、および
0.5at%から30at%の範囲の窒素
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から2のいずれかに記載の部品。 - 前記コーティング層が式MO.OHの少なくとも1つの金属オキシ水酸化物も含むことを特徴とし、式中、Mはランタニド、イットリウム、ジルコニウム、および/またはハウニウムによって形成される群に属する金属である、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の部品。
- 前記基板が超合金、ニッケルベース超合金、コバルトベース超合金、チタンおよびこの合金、アルミナイドおよび/またはシリサイドをベースとする金属間化合物、金属マトリックス複合体、セラミックマトリックス複合体、ならびに有機マトリックス複合体を含む群の部品形成材料で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の部品。
- 2つの隣接する亀裂の間の距離が20μmから50μmの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の部品。
- 前記コーティング層が20μmを超える厚さを示すことを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の部品。
- 2つの隣接する亀裂の間の距離が20μm未満であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の部品。
- 前記コーティング層がナノメートルおよび/またはマイクロメートルサイズの結節状である微細構造を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の部品。
- 前記コーティング層が30μm未満の厚さを示すことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の部品。
- 酸化性および500℃を超える温度を示す高温の作業環境で動作する熱機械部品としての、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の部品の使用。
- 500℃を超える温度を示す高温作業環境で動作する熱機械部品としての、請求項6および7、9および10のいずれか一項に記載の部品の使用であり、前記コーティングが基板の熱障壁として作用し、該コーティング層が12W.m−1.K−1未満の熱伝導率を示す、使用。
- 酸化性および100℃を超える温度を示す高温の作業環境で動作する熱機械部品としての、請求項8から10のいずれか一項に記載の部品の使用であり、前記コーティング層が有害種を捕捉する効果を示す、使用。
