Claims (7)
- 電気ギターに搭載される弦振動持続装置に用いる極薄型電磁ドライバーであって、
前記弦振動持続装置は、
弦振動の周波数を検出し、前記の検出した弦振動の周波数を電気信号に変換するリアピックアップと、
前記の変換された電気信号を増幅する増幅器と、
前記の増幅された電気信号を磁気信号に変換して弦を励振する極薄型電磁ドライバーとを備え、
前記極薄型電磁ドライバーは、
磁性体で形成された2枚の磁極プレートと前記2枚の磁極プレートの間に弦と水平に配置された希土類系マグネットと前記希土類系マグネットに弦に対して垂直方向に巻装されたコイルとで構成され、
全体の厚みが3ミリメートル以下で極薄に形成され、
前記電気ギターのネックエンド部とフロントピックアップとの間隙に配置されていることを特徴とする極薄型電磁ドライバー。 - 前記希土類系マグネットは、ネオジムマグネットであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の極薄型電磁ドライバー。
- 極細ワイヤが、前記コイルの直流抵抗成分を増加させることにより、カットオフ周波数を高周波数側に少なくとも1300Hz以上シフトさせるために、前記希土類系マグネットに緊密に巻装されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の極薄型電磁ドライバー。
- 前記2枚の磁極プレートは、放熱効果向上のために、各々絶縁性熱伝導樹脂でコーティングされていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の極薄型電磁ドライバー。
- 磁気抵抗スリットが前記希土類系マグネットよりも下側および/または左右両側の前記2枚の磁極プレートの各々に形成され、
磁性部材が前記コイルよりも下側の前記極薄型電磁ドライバーに配置され、
前記磁性部材は、前記極薄型電磁ドライバーの下側方向への磁気エネルギー拡散を可及的に抑制するために、磁気的閉磁路または磁気的半閉磁路を形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の極薄型電磁ドライバー。 - 前記極薄型電磁ドライバーは、
電気ギター本体の前記フロントピックアップのネック側の本体壁面に弦方向への昇降台座を介して取りつけられており、
ピックガードの前記フロントピックアップに隣接した部分を切り欠いたスペース、またはエスカッションのネック側を切り欠いたスペースに昇降台座を介して取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の極薄型電磁ドライバー。 - 弦振動持続装置を備えた電気ギターにおいて、
前記弦振動持続装置は、
弦振動の周波数を検出し、前記の検出した弦振動の周波数を電気信号に変換するリアピックアップと、
前記の変換された電気信号を増幅する増幅器と、
前記の増幅された電気信号を磁気信号に変換して弦を励振する極薄型電磁ドライバーとを備え、
前記極薄型電磁ドライバーは、
磁性体で形成された2枚の磁極プレートと前記磁極プレートの間に弦と水平に配置された希土類系マグネットと前記希土類系マグネットに弦に対して垂直方向に巻装されたコイルとで構成され、
全体の厚みが3ミリメートル以下で極薄に形成され、
前記電気ギターのネックエンド部とフロントピックアップとの間隙に配置されていることを特徴とする電気ギター。
