Claims (12)
- 身体組織への吻合の形成を容易にするための器械であって、
内部空間を画定するように向かい合って配置された第1基部及び第2基部であって、当該第1及び第2基部と前記内部空間とで長手方向軸及び横軸を画定しており、分解性又は分解吸収性の材料からなる、第1基部及び第2基部と、
近位部分と遠位部分を有する第1クランプ部材であって、前記第1及び第2基部に取り付けられ、そこから横方向に延びていて、前記近位部分と前記遠位部分が前記第1及び第2基部に対して回転可能である、分解性でなく且つ分解吸収性でない材料からなる、第1クランプ部材と、
近位部分と遠位部分を有する第2クランプ部材であって、前記第1及び第2基部に取り付けられ、そこから横方向に延びていて、前記近位部分と前記遠位部分が前記第1及び第2基部に対して回転可能である、分解性でなく且つ分解吸収性でない材料からなる、第2クランプ部材と、を備えており、
前記第1クランプ部材と前記第2クランプ部材は、それぞれ、送達状態と配備状態の間で動作可能となっており、前記第1クランプ部材と前記第2クランプ部材は、前記配備状態となるように付勢されており、
前記送達状態となっている前記第1クランプ部材は、前記近位部分と前記遠位部分とが互いから離れる方向に回転されており、前記送達状態の前記第2クランプ部材は、前記近位部分と前記遠位部分とが互いから離れる方向に回転されており、
前記配備状態となっている前記第1クランプ部材は、前記第1クランプ部材の前記近位部分と前記遠位部分とが互いに近接して前記身体組織を間に保持し、前記配備状態となっている前記第2クランプ部材は、前記第2クランプの前記近位部分と前記遠位部分とが互いに近接して前記身体組織を間に保持するようになっている、器械。 - 前記第1クランプ部材と前記第2クランプ部材は、前記第1及び第2基部から係合解除されると分離するようになっており、別々に患者の胃腸管を自然に通過していく大きさである、請求項1に記載の器械。
- 前記配備状態となっている前記第1クランプ部材は、前記内部空間と連通する第1の内部空間を画定していて、前記配備状態となっている前記第2クランプ部材は、前記内部空間と連通する第2の内部空間を画定している、請求項1に記載の器械。
- 前記第1クランプ部材と前記第2クランプ部材は、それぞれ、横方向に前記第1基部及び前記第2基部から離れるように約4cmから約12cmの距離を延びている、請求項1に記載の器械。
- 前記第1クランプ部材と前記第2クランプ部材は、横方向に前記第1基部及び前記第2基部から離れる方向に互いに逆向きに突き出ている、請求項1に記載の器械。
- 各近位部分はそれぞれワイヤで構成されており、各遠位部分はそれぞれ別のワイヤで構成されている、請求項1に記載の器械。
- 前記第1及び第2クランプ部材が金属ワイヤからなる、請求項1に記載の器械。
- 請求項1に記載の前記器械を用いている、吻合を形成するための医療システムであって、
長手方向軸を画定している細長い部材と、
前記細長い部材から前記器械を射出するための送達部材と、
前記第1及び第2クランプ部材の各遠位部分を前記送達状態に維持し且つ前記第1及び第2クランプ部材の各近位部分を前記送達状態に維持するための少なくとも1つの保定器と、を更に備えており、
前記器械の前記内部空間が、前記細長い部材を受け入れるサイズとなっており、
前記少なくとも1つの保定器が、縫合糸または伸縮性の帯である、医療システム。 - 前記第1クランプ部材と前記第2クランプ部材の両方の前記近位部分と前記遠位部分とが、前記送達状態において、互いから離れる方向に前記長手方向軸を越えて回転され、前記細長い部材が前記送達状態における前記近位部分と前記遠位部分との位置を維持している、請求項8に記載の医療システム。
- 前記第1クランプ部材と前記第2クランプ部材の両方の前記近位部分と前記遠位部分とが半環状の形状である、請求項8に記載の医療システム。
- 第1クランプ部材及び第2クランプ部材が取り付けられている、分解性又は分解吸収性の材料からなる、第1基部と第2基部とを備え、前記第1クランプ部材と前記第2クランプ部材は、それぞれ、前記第1及び第2基部に回転可能に取り付けられている近位部分と遠位部分とを有し、前記第1クランプ部材と前記第2クランプ部材は、それぞれ、前記第1クランプ部材の前記近位部分が前記第1クランプ部材の前記遠位部分に略平行となっており且つ前記第2クランプ部材の前記近位部分が前記第2クランプ部材の前記遠位部分に略平行となっている配備状態を有し、前記第1クランプ部材と前記第2クランプ部材は、それぞれ、前記第1クランプ部材の前記近位部分と前記遠位部分とが互いから離れるように長手方向に回転され且つ前記第2クランプ部材の前記近位部分と前記遠位部分とが互いから離れるように長手方向に回転されている送達状態を有しており、前記第1クランプ部材と前記第2クランプ部材は、それぞれ、分解性でなく且つ分解吸収性でない材料からなる、器械を準備する段階と、
前記第1及び第2基部を、前記第1クランプ部材と前記第2クランプ部材とが前記送達状態に維持された状態で、細長い部材上に嵌める段階と、
前記第1及び第2クランプ部材の各遠位部分を、前記送達状態から、前記第1及び第2クランプ部材の各遠位部分が互いから離れるように横方向に回転している前記配備状態へ回転させる段階と、
前記第1及び第2クランプ部材の各近位部分を、前記送達状態から、前記第1及び第2クランプ部材の各近位部分が互いから離れるように横方向に回転している前記配備状態へ回転させる段階と、を含む前記器械を人間以外の動物の体内に配備する方法。 - 前記第1及び第2基部が分解するか又は分解吸収されて、それにより前記第1クランプ部材及び前記第2クランプ部材が前記第1及び第2基部から分離する段階を更に備えている、請求項11に記載の方法。
