Claims (5)
- コンピュータが実行する運転計画作成方法であって、
与えられた条件に対して起こり得る需給電力値の推移を示す複数のシナリオを生成し、
前記複数のシナリオごとに、蓄電池を運転した場合に最良の評価値である第1の評価値が得られる前記蓄電池の制御パラメータが対応付けられた運転計画を算出し、
前記運転計画から、前記蓄電池の制御パラメータが対応付けられた複数の運転計画候補を作成し、
前記複数の運転計画候補ごとに、各シナリオに対して前記運転計画候補で前記蓄電池を運転した場合に得られる第2の評価値を算出し、
前記複数の運転計画候補ごとに、各シナリオについて前記第1の評価値と前記第2の評価値との差分を算出し、
前記差分に基づいて、前記複数の運転計画候補から前記蓄電池の運転計画を選択する
各処理を実行することを特徴とする運転計画作成方法。 - 前記複数のシナリオを生成する処理は、単位時間当たりの天候の変動をモデル化した天候変動モデルに基づいて、前記シナリオを生成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の運転計画作成方法。
- 前記第2の評価値を算出する処理は、前記複数の運転計画候補ごとに、当該運転計画候補で修正時点まで蓄電池を運転した場合の蓄電池残量に基づいて修正時点以降の最適な運転計画を示す最適修正運転計画を作成し、作成した最適修正運転計画についての評価値を第2の評価値として算出することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の運転計画作成方法。
- 与えられた条件に対して起こり得る需給電力値の推移を示す複数のシナリオを生成する生成部と、
前記複数のシナリオごとに、蓄電池を運転した場合に最良の評価値である第1の評価値が得られる前記蓄電池の制御パラメータが対応付けられた運転計画を算出する第1の算出部と、
前記運転計画から、前記蓄電池の制御パラメータが対応付けられた複数の運転計画候補を作成する作成部と、
前記複数の運転計画候補ごとに、各シナリオに対して前記運転計画候補で前記蓄電池を運転した場合に得られる第2の評価値を算出する第2の算出部と、
前記複数の運転計画候補ごとに、各シナリオについて前記第1の評価値と前記第2の評価値との差分を算出する第3の算出部と、
前記差分に基づいて、前記複数の運転計画候補から前記蓄電池の運転計画を選択する選択部と
を備えたことを特徴とする運転計画作成装置。 - コンピュータに、
与えられた条件に対して起こり得る需給電力値の推移を示す複数のシナリオを生成し、
前記複数のシナリオごとに、蓄電池を運転した場合に最良の評価値である第1の評価値が得られる前記蓄電池の制御パラメータが対応付けられた運転計画を算出し、
前記運転計画から、前記蓄電池の制御パラメータが対応付けられた複数の運転計画候補を作成し、
前記複数の運転計画候補ごとに、各シナリオに対して前記運転計画候補で前記蓄電池を運転した場合に得られる第2の評価値を算出し、
前記複数の運転計画候補ごとに、各シナリオについて前記第1の評価値と前記第2の評価値との差分を算出し、
前記差分に基づいて、前記複数の運転計画候補から前記蓄電池の運転計画を選択する
処理を実行させることを特徴とする運転計画作成プログラム。
