Claims (3)
- 金属管と,その一端部にインサート成形された硬質合成樹脂製の継ぎ手部材とからなり,前記継ぎ手部材で前記金属管の一端部が外側から囲われており,前記継ぎ手部材には,相手の管部材が外側から嵌まって接続される円筒状部と,前記相手の管部材の先端面が当たるフランジ部とが一体に形成されている構成であって,
前記金属管における一端部の先端開口部は外向きラッパ状の拡管部に形成されており,前記拡管部のうち外周側の部分は前記継ぎ手部材に埋設されて内周側の部分は露出しており,更に,前記金属管のうち前記継ぎ手部材のフランジ部に対応した部位に,前記継ぎ手部材に埋設されるリング体を固定するか,又は,前記継ぎ手部材に埋設される瘤状の膨らみ部を形成している,
管継ぎ手装置。 - 前記継ぎ手部材のうち相手の管部材が嵌まる円筒状部の外周面に,シール用リングが嵌まる環状溝を形成している,
請求項1に記載した管継ぎ手装置。 - 前記金属管のうち前記継ぎ手部材のフランジ部に対応した部位にリング体を嵌め込んでおり,前記リング体は,前記金属管に形成した拡管部に嵌合させることにより,前記金属管に固定されている,
請求項1又は2に記載した管継ぎ手装置。
