Description
Claims (8)
- 軸(X−X)に沿って互いに平行に動く少なくとも1つの第1ケーブル及び少なくとも1つの第2ケーブル(3a、3b)であって、それぞれのケーブル(3a、3b)に対応する巻取り繰り出しシステム(5a、5b)と前記ケーブル(3a、3b)用の少なくとも1つの出力ガイド伝達装置(7)との間に張られたケーブル(3a、3b)を有するもつれ防止機能付動力伝達ガイドシステム(1)において、
前記ケーブル(3a、3b)の2つのもつれ防止機能付ガイド伝達装置(9)が、前記巻取り繰り出しシステム(5a、5b)と前記出力ガイド伝達装置(7)との間に設けられており、
前記ケーブル(3a、3b)の前記もつれ防止機能付ガイド伝達装置(9)及び前記出力ガイド伝達装置(7)は前記軸(X−X)を中心に回転するように配置され、前記もつれ防止機能付ガイド伝達装置(9)が前記軸(X−X)を中心に回転することにより、前記ケーブル(3a、3b)間で接触点又は摩擦点を生じることなく、前記ケーブル(3a、3b)同士をらせん状円筒形状の巻き線とし、
それぞれのもつれ防止機能付ガイド伝達装置(9)及び前記出力ガイド伝達装置(7)は、前記一定の比ω 1 /ω 2 ・・・/ω n /ω u を規定するために、異なる伝達比率を有する運動伝達手段を介してそれぞれの回転ベース(15、21)に連結されたそれぞれのモータ(29)により回転される、ことを特徴とする、もつれ防止機能付動力伝達ガイドシステム(1)。 - それぞれの前記巻取り繰り出しシステム(5a、5b)は、対応するモータ(8a、8b)により駆動されて回転する少なくとも1つの巻上機(6a、6b)、及び、前記巻上機(6a、6b)から前記もつれ防止機能付ガイド伝達装置(9)までの各ケーブル(3a、3b)用の少なくとも1つの動力伝達プーリ(10a、10b)を有しており、前記動力伝達プーリ(10a、10b)は、前記巻上機(6a、6b)による前記ケーブル(3a、3b)の巻取り及び繰り出しをガイドする、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のもつれ防止機能付動力伝達ガイドシステム(1)。
- 前記もつれ防止機能付ガイド伝達装置(9)の各々は、少なくとも2つのプーリ(13a、13b)を有しており、1つのプーリ(13a、13b)は、1つのケーブル(3a、3b)にそれぞれ対応しており、それぞれの前記プーリ(13a、13b)は、前記軸(X−X)を中心に回転するベース(15)に連結されており、前記ベース(15)は、前記ケーブル(3a、3b)が前記ベース(15)を通り抜けられるように前記軸(X−X)に沿った少なくとも1つの軸方向の穴を有しており、前記プーリ(13a、13b)の回転軸は、前記軸(X−X)に直交する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のもつれ防止機能付動力伝達ガイドシステム(1)。
- 前記出力ガイド伝達装置(7)は、少なくとも2つの並列動力伝達溝(20、22)を有する少なくとも1つのプーリ(19)を有しており、1つの並列動力伝達溝が1つの出力ケーブル(3a、3b)にそれぞれ対応しており、前記プーリ(19)は前記軸(X−X)を中心に回転するベース(21)に連結されており、前記ベース(21)は、前記ケーブル(3a、3b)が前記ベース(21)を通り抜けられるように前記軸(X−X)に沿った少なくとも1つの軸方向の穴を有しており、前記プーリ(19)の回転軸は、前記軸(X−X)に直交する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のもつれ防止機能付動力伝達ガイドシステム(1)。
- 前記ケーブル(3a、3b)同士を前記らせん状円筒形状の巻き線とするために、それぞれのもつれ防止機能付ガイド伝達装置(9)は、他のもつれ防止機能付ガイド伝達装置(9)と調和して前記軸(X−X)を中心として回転し、さらに前記出力ガイド伝達装置(7)の前記軸(X−X)を中心とした回転に依存して回転する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のもつれ防止機能付動力伝達ガイドシステム(1)。
- 前記もつれ防止機能付ガイド伝達装置(9)は、同一方向で一定の比ω1/ω2・・・/ωnとなる異なる角速度(ω1、ω2、・・・、ωn)にて前記軸(X−X)を中心として回転する、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のもつれ防止機能付動力伝達ガイドシステム(1)。
- 前記もつれ防止機能付ガイド伝達装置(9)は、少なくとも1つのモータ(25)にて駆動されて回転する伝達シャフト(23)を介して互いに運動学的に連結されており、前記伝達シャフト(23)は、前記一定の比ω1/ω2・・・/ωnを規定するために、異なる伝達比率を有する運動伝達手段を介してそれぞれの回転ベース(15)に連結される、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のもつれ防止機能付動力伝達ガイドシステム(1)。
- 前記もつれ防止機能付ガイド伝達装置(9)及び前記出力ガイド伝達装置(7)は、前記出力ガイド伝達装置(7)の前記軸(X−X)を中心とした回転(ωu)により駆動されて回転する伝達シャフト(33)を介して互いに運動学的に連結されており、前記伝達シャフト(33)は、前記一定の比ω1/ω2・・・/ωn/ωuを規定するために、異なる伝達比率を有する運動伝達手段を介して各回転ベース(15、21)に連結されている、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のもつれ防止機能付動力伝達ガイドシステム(1)。
