Description
マガジンが組立場所に置かれ、

マンドレルが複数のフレームを通過するときに、マガジンによってマンドレルの円筒形状表面の上に複数のフレームを移動させる結合手段とを備える。
マンドレルは、フレームをマンドレルに固定するための結合(ファスナ)手段を含み、
結合手段は、収納位置と、収納位置にあるときよりもマンドレルから遠くに突出する拡張位置との間のマンドレル上で移動する。例えば、結合手段の一部が、マンドレル上に、マンドレルの円周方向と局所的に平行である軸を中心に揺動可能に搭載される。

Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つの円筒形状のマンドレル(6,30)が、マガジン(46)により搬送される複数のフレーム(52)を通過させられ、上記マンドレル(6,30)が通過するときに、上記複数のフレームが上記マンドレルの円筒形状表面の上に移送される
ことを特徴とする重航空機の製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の重航空機の製造方法において、
上記マガジン(46)が上記複数のフレーム(52)を装填され、
上記マガジンが所定箇所に移され、
上記マガジンが静止した状態で、上記マンドレル(6,30)が上記複数のフレームを通過させられる
ことを特徴とする重航空機の製造方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の重航空機の製造方法において、
上記マンドレル(6,30)は、上記マガジン(46)を通過させられる
ことを特徴とする重航空機の製造方法。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の重航空機の製造方法において、
上記複数のフレーム(52)が、マガジンの相互の間隔よりも大きいマンドレル上の相互の間隔である、重航空機における最終的な間隔に等しいマンドレル上の相互の間隔を有するように上記移送が実行される
ことを特徴とする重航空機の製造方法。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の重航空機の製造方法において、
2つの上記マンドレル(6,30)が、互いの方へ移動することによって、2つのそれぞれのマガジン(46)により搬送される複数のフレーム(52)を通過させられ、互いに回転不能に固定される
ことを特徴とする重航空機の製造方法。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の重航空機の製造方法において、
少なくとも1つの外板(60)が、上記複数のフレーム(52)上へ取り付けられる
ことを特徴とする重航空機の製造方法。 - 少なくとも1つのマガジン(46)と、
少なくとも1つの円筒形状のマンドレル(6,30)と、
上記マンドレルが複数のフレーム(52)を通過する間に上記マンドレル(6,30)の円筒形状表面の上に上記マガジンにより搬送される複数のフレーム(52)を移送するための結合手段(16,20)とを有する
ことを特徴とする重航空機を製造するためのインストレーション。 - 請求項7に記載の重航空機を製造するためのインストレーション(4)において、
上記結合手段(16,20)は、上記マンドレル(6,30)により搬送される
ことを特徴とする重航空機を製造するためのインストレーション。 - 請求項7又は8に記載の重航空機を製造するためのインストレーション(4)において、
上記マンドレル(6,30)は、上記複数のフレーム(52)をマンドレルに固定するための結合手段(16,20)を含む
ことを特徴とする重航空機を製造するためのインストレーション。 - 請求項9に記載の重航空機を製造するためのインストレーション(4)において、
上記結合手段(16,20)は、収納位置と、この収納位置よりもマンドレルからより遠くへ突出する拡張位置との間に移動するように、例えば結合手段の一部が、マンドレルの円周方向と局所的に平行である軸(28)の回りに揺動可能にマンドレル上に載置される
ことを特徴とする重航空機を製造するためのインストレーション。
