Claims (17)
- プレート(1)式熱交換器のための熱交換器プレートであり、
熱伝達エリア(10)と、
エッジエリア(11)を備え、それは、前記熱伝達エリア(10)の周囲および外側に延在しており、
前記熱交換器プレート(1)は、互いに接触しているように圧縮された二つの隣接プレート(1a,1b)によって形成された二重壁プレートであり、
前記熱交換器プレートは、少なくとも一つのパラメーターを感知し、前記パラメーターに依存する信号を生成するように構成されたセンサー(20)を備えており、前記センサーは、前記隣接プレート(1a,1b)の間に設けられたセンサープローブ(21)と、前記センサープローブ(21)を隣接プレート(1a,1b)との電気接触から絶縁する絶縁体(23)を備えていることを特徴とする熱交換器プレート。 - 前記センサープローブ(21)は、電気伝導材料で、少なくともワイヤー、ストリップまたはホイルの形に作られている、請求項1に記載の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記センサープローブ(21)は、前記センサープローブ(21)の前記電気伝導材料と前記隣接プレート(1a,1b)の間の前記パラメーターを感知するように構成されている、請求項2に記載の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記パラメーターは、容量、インピーダンス、電気抵抗および温度の一つを備えている、請求項1〜3のいずれかひとつに記載の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記センサープローブ(21)は、前記熱伝達エリア(10)に配置されている、請求項1〜4のいずれかひとつに記載の熱交換器プレート。
- ガスケットエリア(12)を備え、それは、前記熱伝達エリア(10)の周囲に、前記熱伝達エリア(10)と前記エッジエリア(11)の間に延在しており、そこにガスケット(13)が延在している、請求項1〜5のいずれかひとつに記載の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記隣接プレートの少なくとも一つは前記ガスケットエリアに、前記ガスケットエリアに沿って前記エッジエリアと平行に延在している凹部を備え、それによって、前記隣接プレートの間に前記ガスケットエリアに沿ってギャップを形成し、さらなるガスケットが前記ギャップ中に設けられている、請求項6に記載の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記センサープローブは、前記ギャップ中に少なくとも部分的に配置されており、また前記センサープローブは、前記さらなるガスケットのそばに、前記熱伝達エリアに向かって設けられている、請求項7に記載の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記センサー(20)は、前記エッジエリア(11)に設けられた接続点(27)まで延在している、請求項1〜8のいずれかひとつに記載の熱交換器プレート。
- ガスケットエリア(12)を備え、それは、前記熱伝達エリア(10)の周囲に、前記熱伝達エリア(10)と前記エッジエリア(11)の間に延在しており、そこにガスケット(13)が延在しており、前記センサー(20)の接続部(26)は、接続点(27)まで延在しており、少なくとも前記ガスケットエリア(12)ではホイル形状を有している、請求項9に記載の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記隣接プレートの一つは、前記接続部(26)を露出させる切り欠き(34)を前記エッジエリア(11)に有している、請求項10に記載の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記センサー(20)は、前記エッジエリア(11)に設けられたさらなる接続点まで延在している、請求項9〜11のいずれかひとつに記載の熱交換器プレート。
- 通信モジュール(40)を備え、それは、電気回路を備えており、前記センサー(20)と通信する、請求項1〜12のいずれかひとつに記載の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記センサー(20)は、前記エッジエリア(11)に設けられた接続点(27)まで延在しており、前記通信モジュール(40)は、前記接続点(27)において前記センサー(20)に接続されている、請求項13に記載の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記センサー(20)は、前記エッジエリア(10)に設けられたさらなる接続点まで延在しており、前記センサー(20)は、さらなる接続部(31)を備えており、前記通信モジュール(40)は、前記さらなる接続点(32)において前記さらなる接続部(31)に接続されている、請求項14に記載の熱交換器プレート。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれかひとつに記載の複数の熱交換器プレート(1)を備え、前記熱交換器プレート(1)は、互いにそばに配されており、第一の媒体のためのいくつかの第一のプレート隙間(2)と、第二の媒体のためのいくつかの第二のプレート隙間(3)を定めている、プレート式熱交換器。
- すべての熱交換器プレート(1)のセンサープローブ(21)からの信号を受信し処理するように構成されたマスターユニットを備え、各熱交換器プレート(1)は通信モジュール(40)を備えており、それは、電子回路を備えており、前記センサー(20)と通信し、各通信モジュール(40)は、マスターユニット(43)と通信する通信バスによって備えていられる、請求項16に記載のプレート式熱交換器。
