本実施の形態では、蓄電装置の構造の一例について説明する。
本実施の形態では、蓄電装置の正極の作製方法において、乾式法を用いて活物質を含む膜を形成する例を説明する。
本実施の形態では、蓄電装置の正極の作製方法において、湿式法を用いて活物質を含む膜を形成する例を説明する。
・放電後の直流抵抗(Ω)=(放電終了直前の電圧)−(放電後の休止開始直後時の電圧)/(放電時の電流)
・充電後の直流抵抗(Ω)=(充電終了直前の電圧)−(充電後の休止開始直後時の電圧)/(充電時の電流)

Claims (3)
- 正極と、前記正極と電解質を介して対向するように設けられた負極とを有する蓄電装置の作製方法であって、
前記正極の作製工程は、
集電体上に乾式法を用いて活物質を含む膜を形成する工程と、
前記活物質を含む膜上に乾式法を用いて炭素膜を形成する工程と、
前記活物質を含む膜及び前記炭素膜に対して加熱処理を行って、前記活物質を含む膜を結晶化させる又は前記活物質を含む膜の結晶性を高める工程と、を有し、
前記活物質を含む膜は、複数の活物質粒子を含み、
前記作製工程では、前記炭素膜が前記複数の活物質粒子の間に侵入し、且つ、前記集電体と前記活物質とが接するように、前記正極を形成することを特徴とする蓄電装置の作製方法。 - 正極と、前記正極と電解質を介して対向するように設けられた負極とを有する蓄電装置の作製方法であって、
前記正極の作製工程は、
集電体上に湿式法を用いて活物質を含む膜を形成する工程と、
前記活物質を含む膜上に乾式法を用いて炭素膜を形成する工程と、
前記活物質を含む膜及び前記炭素膜に対して加熱処理を行って、前記活物質を含む膜を結晶化させる又は前記活物質を含む膜の結晶性を高める工程と、を有し、
前記活物質を含む膜は、複数の活物質粒子を含み、
前記作製工程では、前記炭素膜が前記複数の活物質粒子の間に侵入し、且つ、前記集電体と前記活物質とが接するように、前記正極を形成することを特徴とする蓄電装置の作製方法。 - 請求項1又は2において、
真空蒸着法を用いて前記炭素膜を形成することを特徴とする蓄電装置の作製方法。
