第6.2.1章:180±5℃での耐熱性:
ISO 17493に従って180±5℃で試験しているとき、衣服および/または衣服組成物に使用する材料が着火したり溶けたりすることがなく、5%を超えて収縮してはならない。
第6.2.2章:オプションの条件 - 260±5℃での耐熱性:
1段式衣服または多段式衣服の内側ライナーの材料を皮膚にまとうことが規定されている場合には、材料をISO 17493に従って260±5℃で試験せねばならない。材料は第6.2.1章の条件を満たさねばならず、着火したり溶けたりすることはなく、10%を超えて収縮してはならない。
エルゴノミクスを向上させるために25〜100%超。
元のサイズへの完全な回復またはかなりの回復。理想的には100%(フィットが悪くなるため80%未満は一般に受け入れられない)。
- 指数1では、材料に炎の伝播はないが、炎と接触している間に穴が形成される可能性がある;
- 指数2では、材料に炎の伝播が起こらず、炎と接触している間に穴も形成されなない;
- 指数3では、材料に炎の伝播が起こらず、炎と接触している間に穴も形成されず、再燃も限られているだけである。
水侵入圧試験は静水抵抗試験であり、基本的に、材料サンプルの1つの側に水を強制的に当ててその材料サンプルの反対側で透過してきた水を観察することに基づいている。水圧は、20±2℃の蒸留水を面積が100 cm2の材料サンプルの上に置き、圧力を徐々に増していくという試験法に従って測定する。水圧の上昇は、60±3 cmH2O/分にする。水圧は、水がサンプルの反対側に現われるときの圧力である。正確な手続きは、1992年の規格EN 20811に規定されている。“防水性”は、材料が、2003年のEN 343に従って少なくとも8 kPaの水侵入圧に耐えられることを意味するものとする。
Claims (32)
- - 少なくとも第1のテキスタイル層(20)と第2のテキスタイル層(30)と;
- 前記第1のテキスタイル層(20)と前記第2のテキスタイル層(30)の間に配置されていてその第1のテキスタイル層と第2のテキスタイル層に接合された少なくとも1つの障壁層(40)を備えていて;
- 前記第1のテキスタイル層(20)または前記第2のテキスタイル層(30)が少なくとも1種類の耐熱性繊維を含み;
- 前記第1のテキスタイル層(20)が、タック・ループのある1段式ニットウエアまたはタック・ループのある2段式ニットウエアの形態に設計され、前記第2のテキスタイル層(30)が、タック・ループなしの2段式ニットウエアの形態に設計されているラミネート(10)。 - タック・ループのある前記2段式ニットウエアが両面編みピケ・ニットである、請求項1に記載のラミネート。
- ループなしの前記2段式ニットウエアが、両面編み右/右ニットである、請求項1に記載のラミネート。
- 前記1段式ニットウエアがタック・ループのある、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート。
- タック・ループのある前記1段式ニットウエアがピケ・ニットである、請求項4に記載のラミネート。
- 前記第1のテキスタイル層(20)と前記第2のテキスタイル層(30)が、少なくとも1種類の耐熱性繊維を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート。
- 5分間にわたって230℃の温度に加熱した後に、横断方向の弾性伸長が少なくとも30%である、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート。
- 5分間にわたって230℃の温度に加熱した後に、長手方向の弾性伸長が少なくとも25%である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート。
- 5分間にわたって230℃の温度に加熱した後に、長手方向には弾性伸長が少なくとも30%で弾性回復が少なくとも80%であり、横断方向には弾性伸長が少なくとも25%で弾性回復が少なくとも95%である、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート。
- 5分間にわたって230℃の温度に加熱した後に、長手方向には弾性伸長が少なくとも70%で弾性回復が少なくとも80%であり、横断方向には弾性伸長が少なくとも30%で弾性回復が少なくとも95%である、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート。
- 5分間にわたって230℃の温度に加熱した後に、長手方向の弾性伸長が少なくとも50%、横断方向の弾性伸長が少なくとも25%である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート。
- 前記耐熱性繊維が、アラミド、ポリイミド、ポリアミド-イミド、セルロース繊維、メラミン樹脂、ポリベンゾイミダゾール(PBI)を含む材料群の中から選択される、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート。
- 前記繊維がアラミド繊維である、請求項12に記載のラミネート。
- 前記第1のテキスタイル層(20)と前記第2のテキスタイル層(30)が、それぞれ、熱可塑性糸またはエラストマー糸を使用せずに恒久的な弾性ラミネートを形成する、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート。
- 前記障壁層(40)が、不連続に付着させた接着剤によって前記第1のテキスタイル層(20)と前記第2のテキスタイル層(30)に接合されている、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート。
- 前記接着剤が点接着剤または粉末接着剤の形態で供給される、請求項15に記載のラミネート。
- 前記障壁層が非通気性かつ水蒸気透過性である、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート。
- 前記障壁層が非通気性である、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート。
- 前記障壁層が液体不透過性である、請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート。
- 前記障壁層が防水性であり、(EN 20811-1992に従い)少なくとも8 kPaの水侵入圧に耐える、請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート。
- 前記障壁層が、防風性かつ防水性かつ水蒸気透過性である、請求項1〜20のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート。
- 前記障壁が、20 m2Pa/W未満の水蒸気侵入抵抗Reを持つ(ISO 11092)、請求項1〜21のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート。
- 前記障壁が、(ISO 9237-1995に従い)50 L/m2/秒以下の空気透過率を持つ、請求項1〜22のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート。
- 前記障壁が膜またはフィルムである、請求項1〜23のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート。
- 前記障壁が多孔性膜である、請求項24に記載のラミネート。
- 前記膜が、ポリオレフィン、ポリエステル、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリ塩化ビニリデン、ポリウレタン、フルオロポリマーを含む材料群の中から選択される、請求項24または25に記載のラミネート。
- 前記膜がePTFE障壁層を有する、請求項24〜26のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート。
- 前記ePTFE膜に閉じられた連続的なプラスチック層が設けられている、請求項27に記載のラミネート。
- EN ISO 14116:2008の条件に従い、炎の伝播が限定された難燃性となるように設計されている、請求項1〜28のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート。
- 請求項1〜29のいずれか1項に記載のラミネート(10)において、
前記第1のテキスタイル層(20)と前記第2のテキスタイル層(30)が、それぞれ耐熱性糸を含んでいて;
前記第1のテキスタイル層(20)がピケ・ニットとして設計され、前記第2のテキスタイル層(30)が両面編み-右/右ニットであり;
前記障壁層(40)がePTFE膜を備えていて、その障壁層は、不連続に付着させた接着剤によって前記第1のテキスタイル層(20)と前記第2のテキスタイル層(30)に接合されており;
このラミネート(10)が、5分間にわたって230℃の温度に加熱した後に、長手方向の弾性伸長が少なくとも50%、横断方向の弾性伸長が少なくとも25%であるラミネート。 - 請求項1〜30のいずれか1項に記載のラミネートを含む防護服(70)。
- コート、上着、ズボン、チョッキ、オーバーオール、帽子、バラクラバ帽、手袋いずれかの形態に設計されている、請求項31に記載の防護服。
