Claims (3)
- PLCチップと、
接着面に塗布された接着剤により前記PLCチップの下面の一部と接着固定された台座と、
前記台座を支持する支持部とを備え、
前記支持部の上面を撥水材料でマスキングした撥水処理部を設けたことを特徴とする集積型光モジュール。 - 前記撥水処理部は、前記台座の周囲の所定幅にのみ設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の集積型光モジュール。
- 前記撥水処理部は、前記台座の周囲に100μm以上の幅で設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の集積型光モジュール。
