Claims (8)
- 伸縮性と熱可塑性とを有するエラストマ材料からなる複数の線状体が互いに直交するように配列した網状体と、ポリエチレンテレフタレートの複数の長繊維からなる不織布と、を有する一方向伸縮性基材であって、
前記不織布の前記長繊維は3〜10倍の延伸倍率で一方向に延伸され、かつ該一方向だけに直線状に配列しており、
前記不織布は目付けが10g/m 2 以下であり、該不織布の前記長繊維の配列方向が前記網状体の前記線状体に沿ったいずれかの方向と平行となるように、前記網状体に熱圧着されている、一方向伸縮性基材。 - 前記網状体の前記線状体はスチレン系エラストマまたはウレタン系エラストマからなる、請求項1に記載の一方向伸縮性基材。
- 前記網状体の目付けが50g/m2以下である、請求項1または2に記載の一方向伸縮性基材。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の一方向伸縮性基材と、前記一方向伸縮性基材の少なくとも一方の面に積層された布と、を有する複合伸縮性シート。
- 前記布は短繊維不織ウェブである、請求項4に記載の複合伸縮性シート
- 伸縮性と熱可塑性とを有するエラストマ材料からなる複数の線状体が互いに直交するように配列した網状体と、ポリエチレンテレフタレートの複数の長繊維からなる不織布とを熱圧着する工程を含む、一方向伸縮性基材の製造方法であって、
前記不織布の目付けは10g/m 2 以下であり、前記不織布の前記長繊維は3〜10倍の延伸倍率で一方向に延伸され、かつ該一方向だけに直線状に配列しており、
前記熱圧着する工程は、前記不織布を、該不織布の前記長繊維の配列方向が前記網状体の前記線状体に沿ったいずれかの方向と平行となるように、前記網状体に熱圧着することを含む、一方向伸縮性基材の製造方法。 - 前記熱圧着する工程は、前記線状体及び該線状体同士の交点を前記熱圧着の際に潰すことを含む、請求項6に記載の一方向伸縮性基材の製造方法。
- 請求項6または7に従い製造された一方向伸縮性基材と布とを、前記一方向伸縮性基材の前記長繊維の配列方向が繰り出し方向となる向きで、別々の供給ロールから繰り出しながら積層することを含む、複合伸縮性シートの製造方法。
