Claims (8)
- 第1及び第2の末端部を含む膜ハウジング;
前記膜ハウジングの内部空間内に位置し、両末端が前記膜ハウジングの第1及び第2の末端部にそれぞれポッティングされた中空糸膜束;
前記膜ハウジングの内部空間に位置する湿気保有体;
スタックから排出された高湿の未反応ガスのための流入口を有し、前記膜ハウジングの第1の末端部に装着された第1のカバー部;及び
加湿に使用された未反応ガスのための排出口を有し、前記膜ハウジングの第2の末端部に装着された第2のカバー部;
前記膜ハウジングの内部空間を多数の単位空間に分割する分割板;
を含み、
前記分割板は二重隔壁構造を有し、
前記分割板は2個の隔壁を含み、
前記2個の隔壁間には、前記膜ハウジングの上部及び下部を連結するスリットが形成されたことを特徴とする、燃料電池用加湿器。 - 前記湿気保有体は、前記中空糸膜束の内部に挿入されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池用加湿器。
- 前記湿気保有体は前記中空糸膜束の外部に配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池用加湿器。
- 前記湿気保有体は、前記膜ハウジングの内部空間体積の1〜20%を占めることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池用加湿器。
- 前記湿気保有体は、スポンジ、中空糸膜、繊維、織物、編物、不織布及びブレードのうち少なくとも一つの形態であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池用加湿器。
- 前記湿気保有体は、ナフィオン、スルホン化ポリスルホン、スルホン化ポリイミド、及びスルホン化ポリアリーレンエーテルのうち少なくとも一つで形成された伝導体を含む、
請求項1に記載の燃料電池用加湿器。 - 前記湿気保有体は、ポリエチレン及びポリプロピレンのうち少なくとも一つからなり、
物理的に多量の水分を含有できる形態を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池用加湿器。 - 前記各隔壁には貫通ホールが形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の燃料電池用加湿器。
