Description
図1乃至図3に示されるように、本実施形態のゴム押出装置1は、ゴムG(図4に示す)を混練して長尺のゴムストリップGS(図4に示す)を押出成形するためのものである。このゴム押出装置1の下流側には、例えば、仕上がりタイヤのタイヤ内腔形状に近い外形を有する剛性中子(図示せず)が配され、該剛性中子の外表面にこのゴム押出装置1で成形されたゴムストリップGSが順次巻き付けられて生タイヤが成形される。

Claims (4)
- ゴムを混練して吐出口から押し出すゴム押出機と、該ゴム押出機の前記吐出口に接続されたギアポンプとを含むゴム押出装置であって、
前記ゴム押出機は、設置される床面よりも上方にゴム押出用のスクリューが内蔵された筒状のシリンダ部を有し、
前記ギアポンプは、電動機と、該電動機に連結された減速機と、前記減速機に連結されたギアポンプ本体とを含み、
前記ギアポンプ本体は、互いに噛み合う一対のギアが内蔵されるとともに、前記ゴム押出機からのゴムが流入する入口と、前記ギアで圧送されたゴムを吐出する出口とを有するチャンバー室を具え、
前記ギアポンプ本体は、前記入口を前記ゴム押出機の前記吐出口に合わせて前記シリンダ部に固着される一方、
前記電動機及び前記減速機は、前記シリンダ部又は前記ギアポンプ本体の下方の空間に配置され、
しかも前記減速機の出力軸と、前記ギアの一方とが巻掛け伝動手段によって連結され、
前記電動機の回転軸は、前記シリンダ部と平行であり、
前記減速機の上面と前記ギアポンプ本体の底面とは、支持材で連結されることを特徴とするゴム押出装置。 - 前記ギアの回転軸は、前記シリンダ部と直交し、
前記減速機は、前記電動機の回転軸を向き変えして前記ギアに伝達する回転方向変換手段を具えている請求項1記載のゴム押出装置。 - 前記巻掛け伝動手段は、チェーン又はベルトである請求項1又は2記載のゴム押出装置。
- 前記減速機は、前記ギアポンプ本体の下方で前記床面に固定され、
前記電動機は、前記シリンダ部の下方に位置するように、前記減速機に固定されている請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のゴム押出装置。
