Description
Claims (7)
- 複数の車輪を備え搬送台を動かす搬送台と、
少なくとも1つのブーム用アクチュエータによって前記搬送台に対して可動な少なくとも1つの掘削ブームと、
送りビーム、該送りビームに支持され少なくとも打撃装置および回転装置を含む削岩機、ならびに該削岩機を前記送りビーム上で移動させる送り装置を含む少なくとも1つの掘削ユニットと、
次の掘削作業用アクチュエータ、すなわち前記打撃装置、前記回転装置、前記送り装置、前記ブーム用アクチュエータのうちの少なくとも1つを駆動する圧力エネルギーを有する、少なくとも1つの液圧ポンプを含む液圧式掘削システムと、
少なくとも1つの電気駆動式モータおよび該モータから前記車輪に駆動力を伝える機械的動力伝達手段を備えた駆動装置とを含む電気駆動式削岩リグにおいて、
前記液圧式掘削システムの液圧ポンプおよび前記駆動装置の機械式動力伝達装置は、少なくとも1つの共通電気モータによって駆動されるように配設され、
前記液圧式掘削システムおよび機械式動力伝達装置は、クラッチで個々に前記電気モータと接続および切断可能とすることで前記電気モータによる駆動、非駆動を切り替えることを特徴とする削岩リグ。 - 請求項1に記載の削岩リグにおいて、前記電気モータは回転子を含み、該回転子の第1の端部は前記動力伝達装置を駆動するよう接続され、第2の端部は前記液圧式掘削システムの液圧ポンプを駆動するよう接続されていることを特徴とする削岩リグ。
- 請求項1に記載の削岩リグにおいて、該削岩リグは、少なくとも1つの入力軸および少なくとも1つの出力軸を有するギアボックスを含み、
前記電気モータは、前記ギアボックスの入力軸に連結されて駆動力を該ギアボックスに伝達し、
前記動力伝達装置および前記液圧式掘削システムの液圧ポンプは、前記電気モータによって生成される駆動力を変換する変速機の出力軸に連結されて前記電気モータの駆動力を受けることを特徴とする削岩リグ。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の削岩リグにおいて、該削岩リグは、少なくとも2つの電気モータを含み、該電気モータは前記駆動装置および前記液圧式掘削システムに共通であることを特徴とする削岩リグ。
- 少なくとも1つの電気駆動式モータを含む駆動装置によって電動削岩リグの搬送台を動かし、
前記モータの発生した駆動力を機械式動力伝達手段によって前記搬送台の車輪に伝達し、
掘削作業において掘削作業用アクチュエータを使用して岩盤にボアホールを穿孔し、
少なくとも1つの液圧ポンプを少なくとも1つの電気モータで駆動して、圧力エネルギーを液圧式掘削システムに供し、
該液圧式掘削システムの圧力エネルギーによって、次の掘削作業用アクチュエータ、すなわち打撃装置、回転装置、送り装置、ブーム用アクチュエータのうちの少なくとも1つを駆動する電動削岩リグにおける伝動方法において、該方法は、
共通の電気モータから前記液圧式掘削システムの液圧ポンプおよび前記駆動装置の機械式動力伝達装置に駆動力を伝達し、
前記液圧式掘削システムおよび機械式動力伝達装置の前記共通の電気モータに対する接続および切断を、クラッチを使用してそれぞれ制御することを特徴とする電動削岩リグにおける伝動方法。 - 請求項5に記載の方法において、移動運転における下り坂期間に前記液圧式掘削システムを前記機械式動力伝達装置に接続して、前記液圧ポンプによって前記削岩リグの位置エネルギーを圧力エネルギーに変換することを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項5または6に記載の方法において、前記共通の電気モータの回転速度および動力を周波数変換器によって無段階で調整することを特徴とする方法。
