Claims (14)
- ウォータジェット手術のための外科器具(10、100、210、310)であって、
移動可能に支持されたノズル(18)を収容する器具ヘッド(11)と、
前記器具ヘッド(11)の中に配置され、かつ前記ノズル(18)に接続されるとともに、流体チャンバ(25)を備え、前記流体チャンバ(25)内部の流体圧で作動する液圧アクチュエータであるアクチュエータ(23)と、
前記流体チャンバ(25)と流体連通の状態にある第1の流体案内素子(15)であって、前記流体チャンバ(25)を介して前記器具ヘッド(11)が器具接続器本体(12)と接続している、第1の流体案内素子(15)と、
前記ノズル(18)を退避位置に向けて付勢するバネ手段(26)と、
を有する、外科器具。 - 前記ノズル(18)は、該ノズル(18)における流体の噴射方向(S)に沿って移動可能なように直線的に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の器具。
- 前記アクチュエータ(23)の圧液式作動のための調整デバイス(31)が、前記器具接続器本体(12)の中又は上に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の器具。
- 前記調整デバイス(31)は、ポンプであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の器具。
- 前記ノズル(18)は、高周波電流のための電源(36)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 電気的ライン(30)が、前記器具接続器本体(12)から前記ノズル(18)へ伸張していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記電気的ライン(30)は、前記第1の流体案内素子(15)中に存在する電解質であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の器具。
- 前記ノズル(18)はノズル・チャネル(28)を備え、かつ前記流体チャンバ(25)は前記ノズル・チャネル(28)と流体連通の状態にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記ノズル(18)は前記ノズル・チャネル(28)を備え、かつ前記ノズル・チャネル(28)は第2の流体案内素子(42)と流体連通の状態にあることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記第1の流体案内素子(15)は、圧力下にある流体のためにポンプ・デバイス(33)と連通することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記第2の流体案内素子(42)は、圧力下にある流体のためにポンプ・デバイス(33)と連通することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の器具。
- 前記ノズル(18)は、前記器具ヘッド(11)中に配列されたバルブ(29)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の器具。
- 前記バルブ(29)は電気的に制御され得ることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の器具。
- 前記バルブ(29)は、前記流体チャンバ(25)におけるチャネル(17)の圧液圧力が閾値を越えると開く液圧制御バルブであることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の器具。
