Claims (7)
- 複数の誘電体層と複数の金属蒸着膜層とを積層してなる構造の基本素子を用いて得られた積層型又は巻回型のフィルムコンデンサにして、
前記複数の誘電体層が、一つの樹脂フィルム層と真空蒸着重合法によって形成される蒸着重合膜層の複数とから構成されると共に、前記基本素子が、前記樹脂フィルム層の両面に、前記蒸着重合膜層をそれぞれ積層形成すると共に、それらの蒸着重合膜層の上に前記金属蒸着膜層をそれぞれ形成せしめ、更に、それら金属蒸着膜層の何れか一方のものの上に、別の蒸着重合膜層を誘電体層として積層形成することによって、構成されていることを特徴とするフィルムコンデンサ。 - 前記基本素子の複数が、隣り合う一方の素子の積層方向最外側に位置する蒸着重合膜層に対して隣り合う他方の素子の積層方向最外側に位置する金属蒸着膜層が直接に接するように重ね合わされて、積層せしめられている請求項1に記載のフィルムコンデンサ。
- 前記基本素子が複数回巻回されて、径方向に重ね合わされてなる構造とされている請求項1に記載のフィルムコンデンサ。
- 前記蒸着重合膜層が、三次元架橋構造を有している請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか1項に記載のフィルムコンデンサ。
- 前記蒸着重合膜層が、0.001〜10μmの範囲内の厚さを有していると共に、プラズマ処理によって三次元架橋構造が導入されて、耐電圧性が高められている請求項1乃至請求項4の何れか1項に記載のフィルムコンデンサ。
- 前記蒸着重合膜層が、前記樹脂フィルム層よりも高い誘電率を有している請求項1乃至請求項5の何れか1項に記載のフィルムコンデンサ。
- 前記樹脂フィルム層がポリプロピレンフィルムにて形成されている一方、前記蒸着重合膜層がポリユリア樹脂にて形成されている請求項6に記載のフィルムコンデンサ。
