Claims (2)
- 少なくとも1つの燃料ボリュームを取り囲む少なくとも1つのタンク壁(2)を有する自動車のプラスチック燃料タンク(1)において、前記タンク壁(2)は、実質的に及び/又は確実にその上に接続された2次元に延びた強化層(3)の形で、曲げ剛性を増加する手段を、少なくとも所定の領域或いは所定の領域群に、提供し、
前記強化層(3)は、中間層(6)を介して、前記タンク壁(2)に接続され、
熱可塑性物質でできた波形のシートのような構造体は、その頂点(7)が前記タンク壁(2)及び前記強化層(3)にそれぞれ溶接され及び/又は接着剤で貼り合わされ、前記中間層(6)として提供され、
前記中間層(6)は、前記タンク壁(2)及び前記強化層(3)よりも小さな曲げ剛性であること
を特徴とする自動車のプラスチック燃料タンク。 - 前記タンクは、運転中の通気及び燃料補給中の通気のための手段を有し、運転中の通気のための装置は、圧力保持機能を備えた少なくとも1つの運転中通気バルブを備え、その手段により、プラスチック燃料タンク(1)のボリュームは、大気圧と比例して予め定められた圧力差の範囲内に保たれることを特徴とする請求項1に従ったプラスチック燃料タンク。
