Description
本発明は、特に、請求項1の前段に記載のシステムに関する。
これらの方法のうちいくつかでは、電力消費を削減するべくLEDランプも使用されている。
電力グリッドに接続する第1の手段と、
電流を引き出す第1のユニットおよび電位差を発生させる第2のユニットの2つの外部ユニットに接続する第2の手段と、
第1のユニットを電力線に接続して、電力線から電流を引き出させる第1の位置と、第2のユニットを電力線に接続して、電力線の配線に電位差を印加させる第2の位置との間で切り替わるスイッチと、
電力線上の安全信号の存在を検出し、安全信号がなくなったか不全である場合に、スイッチを第1の位置に切り替える通信システムと
を備える装置に関する。
Claims (17)
- 照明装置と、再生可能エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換する装置と、前記照明装置および再生可能エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換する前記装置を交互に電力線に接続する街灯柱スイッチとを有する種類の少なくとも1つの街灯を備える公共照明システムであって、
電力線スイッチをさらに備え、
前記電力線スイッチは、前記電力線を電力グリッドに接続させる第1の位置と、前記電力線を、前記電力線スイッチと前記電力グリッドとの間に設置されたインバータに接続させる第2の位置との間で切り替わる公共照明システム。 - 再生可能エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換する前記装置は、ソーラーパネルまたは風力発電器(aeolian generator)である請求項1に記載の公共照明システム。
- 再生可能エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換する前記装置の電力出力と、前記電力線の電圧とによって決まる電流を出力する電流発生器をさらに備える請求項1または2に記載の公共照明システム。
- 再生可能エネルギーを変換する前記装置と、前記電流発生器との間に、再生可能エネルギーを変換する前記装置が発生した電圧を自己の入力において受け取り、所定の直流電圧を前記電流発生器に供給するように接続された安定装置回路をさらに備え、前記所定の直流電圧は、前記インバータの移送効率が、前記インバータの最大効率の90%以上となる電圧値に対応する請求項3に記載の公共照明システム。
- 再生可能エネルギーを変換する前記装置と、前記電流発生器との間に、再生可能エネルギーを変換する前記装置が発生した電圧を自己の入力において受け取り、電力線電圧に等しい直流電圧を前記電流発生器に供給するように接続された安定装置回路をさらに備える請求項3に記載の公共照明システム。
- 安全信号を生成し、前記電力線の配線のうち少なくとも1本を介して前記安全信号を送信する安全装置をさらに備え、前記少なくとも1つの街灯には、前記電力線上における前記安全信号の存在を確認し、前記安全信号がなくなったか不全である場合に、再生可能エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換する前記装置を切断する制御システムが設けられている請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の公共照明システム。
- 前記安全信号は、前記電力線スイッチが前記第2の位置にあるときに送信され、前記安全信号は、前記電力線のうちの専用配線を介して送信される請求項6に記載の公共照明システム。
- 前記安全信号は、直流電圧信号である請求項7に記載の公共照明システム。
- 前記安全信号は、前記電力線スイッチが前記第2の位置にあるとき送信され、前記安全信号は、前記電力線のうち、再生可能エネルギーを変換する前記装置が発生した電圧を搬送する配線上を送信される請求項6に記載の公共照明システム。
- 前記街灯柱スイッチは、前記安全信号が不在又は不全である場合に、前記照明装置を前記電力線に接続する請求項6から9のいずれか1項に記載の公共照明システム。
- 前記電力線スイッチは、前記電力線上の故障を検出する測定手段を有し、前記電力線スイッチは、前記電力線が故障した場合、前記第2の位置に切り替わる請求項10に記載の公共照明システム。
- 前記電力線スイッチは、前記電力線上で故障が検出されず、前記安全信号がなくなっている場合、前記第1の位置に切り替わる請求項11に記載の公共照明システム。
- 前記公共照明システムは、それぞれが街灯柱通信システムを有する複数の街灯を備え、前記公共照明システムは、前記少なくとも1つの街灯と遠隔サービスセンタとの間の双方向通信を可能にする電力線通信システムをさらに備え、前記通信システムは、前記電力線に接続され、かつ前記電力線に接続された前記複数の街灯から情報を受信する少なくとも1つの装置を有する請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の公共照明システム。
- 前記複数の街灯のうち少なくとも1つの街灯は、遠隔のサービスおよび/または制御センタと情報を送受する装置を有し、前記装置は、ビデオカメラ、アンテナ、ディスプレイ、および気象検知システム(meteorological detection system)からなる装置の群に含まれる請求項13に記載の公共照明システム。
- 街灯に使用される装置であって、
電力グリッドに接続する第1の手段と、
電流を引き出す第1のユニットおよび電位差を発生させる第2のユニットの少なくとも2つの外部ユニットに接続する第2の手段と
を備え、
前記第1のユニットを電力線に接続して、前記電力線から電流を引き出させる第1の位置と、前記第2のユニットを前記電力線に接続して、前記電力線の配線に電位差を印加させる第2の位置との間で切り替わるスイッチと、
前記電力線上の安全信号の存在を検出し、前記安全信号がなくなったか不全である場合に、前記スイッチを前記第1の位置に切り替える通信システムと
をさらに備える装置。 - 請求項15に記載の装置を少なくとも1つ備えるランプ。
- 少なくとも1つの照明装置を備え、請求項15に記載の装置を少なくとも1つ備える街灯。
