Description
蛍光灯用の市販の三波長形蛍光体の塗料(BaMg2Al16O27:Eu2+(Ce0.67Tb0.33)MgAl11O9(Y0.9Eu0.11)2O3)は、2重量パーセントの樹脂(POLYOX WSR N−750、ダウケミカル社)、0.5gの界面活性剤(TERGINOL NP−6、ダウケミカル社)、10gのトリエタノールアミン、及び0.1gの(商品名SAG275Gで市販の)有機消泡剤を含む純水中に400gの蛍光体を混合することで準備される。塗料は膜厚15nmの層を得るために吹付塗装によって平坦なガラス基板上に堆積され、350℃で5分間加熱された(試料1)。蛍光体層の変換効率は、積分球を備える蛍光光度計で、254nmの紫外光で励起されることで測定された。測定された変換効率はおよそ60%であった。
Claims (12)
- ナノメートルサイズのゼオライトと組み合わされた蛍光体層を含み、ナノメートルのゼオライトの少なくとも95%が60nmから400nmの寸法を有することを特徴とする、紫外又は青色光を可視光に変換する複合層。
- 前記ナノメートルのゼオライトが透明ポリマーマトリックス中に分散されている、請求項1に記載の複合層。
- 前記ナノメートルのゼオライトが蛍光体と共に均一に分散された、請求項1に記載の複合層。
- 前記ナノメートルのゼオライトが前記蛍光体層上に配される被覆層を形成する、請求項1に記載の複合層。
- 前記ナノメートルのゼオライトが前記蛍光体層と透明基板との間に配される中間層を形成する、請求項1に記載の複合層。
- 紫外又は青色光を可視光へ変換するための複合層を備える電界発光装置であって、ナノメートルサイズのゼオライトと組み合わされた蛍光体層を含み、前記ナノメートルのゼオライトの少なくとも95%が60nmから400nmの寸法を有することを特徴とする、電界発光装置。
- 前記ナノメートルのゼオライトが前記蛍光体層上に配される被覆層を形成し、前記被覆層が前記装置内部に面している、請求項6に記載の電界発光装置。
- 前記ナノメートルのゼオライトが前記蛍光体層と透明基板との間に配された中間層を形成する、請求項6に記載の電界発光装置。
