Description
Claims (7)
- コンベヤにおいて:
上流側端部から下流側端部に向かうコンベヤベルト移動方向に前進する第1および第2のコンベアベルトであって、当該第1および第2のコンベヤベルトが、コンベヤベルトの厚みを貫通して延在し、前記コンベヤベルト移動方向に回転可能である複数のローラを具える第1および第2のコンベアベルトと;
前記第1および第2のコンベヤベルトの間に設置された可動式ストッパであって、上流側端部と下流側端部の間の一定位置に設置された可動式ストッパと;
搬送された積荷をブロックするブロッキング位置と、積荷を通過させる開放位置との間で前記可動式ストッパを移動させる第1のアクチュエータと;
前記第1および第2のコンベヤベルトの下側で前記可動式ストッパの上流側に配置されている可動ベアリング面と;
前記第1および第2のコンベアベルトが前進して前記ローラに接触する際に前記ベアリング面との転がり摩擦によって前記ローラを回転させ、前記可動ベアリング面が前記ローラと接触していない場合は前記ローラが自由に回転できるようにするべく、前記ローラとの接触または接触解除するように前記可動ベアリング面を移動させる第2のアクチュエータと;を具え、
前記ベアリング面と接触していない前記第1および第2のコンベヤベルトのローラが回転自在であり、
前記第1および第2のコンベヤベルトが、その間に介在するギャップを挟んで平行に、上流側端部から下流側端部に向けてコンベヤベルト移動方向に前進し、前記ギャップに跨った積荷を同時に搬送するように動作し、
前記第1および第2のコンベヤベルトがコンベヤベルト移動方向に前進している際に、前記可動式ストッパが前記開放位置にあり、前記開放位置にある前記可動式ストッパを通過して積荷を下流に前進させる場合は、前記可動ベアリング面が前記ローラと接触するように前記可動式ストッパと前記可動ベアリング面の移動が連動しており、
前記第1および第2のコンベヤベルトがコンベヤベルト移動方向に前進している際に、前記可動式ストッパがブロッキング位置にある場合は、前記可動ベアリング面が前記ローラと接触せず、前記ブロッキング位置の前記可動ストッパの上流にある回転自在なローラのもとでブロックされた積荷を低バックライン圧力で滞留させることができることを特徴とするコンベヤ。
- 請求項1に記載のコンベヤにおいて、前記可動式ストッパが前記ギャップを通って移動することを特徴とするコンベヤ。
- 請求項1または2に記載のコンベヤにおいて、前記可動式ストッパと可動ベアリング面が、前記第1および第2のコンベヤベルトの下流側端部に設置されていることを特徴とするコンベヤ。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のコンベヤにおいて、前記第1および第2のコンベヤベルトが更に、前記コンベヤベルト移動方向に直交して保持されている心棒を具え、前記ローラがこの心棒を中心に回転可能であることを特徴とするコンベヤ。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載のコンベヤにおいて、前記第1および第2のコンベヤベルトに設けられたローラが列をなして配置されており、前記可動式ストッパの上流側で前記第1および第2のコンベヤベルトの下に、前記ローラの列間で前記第1および第2のコンベヤベルトを支持接触するベルト支持レールを更に具えることを特徴とするコンベヤ。
- 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のコンベヤにおいて:
複数の前記第1および第2のコンベヤベルトであって、一対の第1および第2のコンベヤベルトが1つのレーンを構成する複数の第1および第2のコンベヤベルトと;
前記第1および第2のコンベヤベルトの上方かつ各レーンの間に配置される一又はそれ以上のレーン・ディバイダと;
レーン毎に設置された一又はそれ以上の追加可動式ストッパとを更に具えることを特徴とするコンベヤ。 - 請求項6に記載のコンベヤにおいて、前記第1および第2のコンベヤベルトをベルトの移動方向に平行に前進させる、全コンベヤベルト用の共通駆動装置を更に具えることを特徴とするコンベヤ。
