Description
Claims (13)
- ポリクロロプレンに基づくポリマー分散体を生産する方法であって、
重合後のポリクロロプレン分散体中における固形分含有量の重量比率Wsolidの上限が50%以下になるまで、エマルション中で、クロロプレンのポリクロロプレンへの重合を実施する段階と、
クロロプレン除去後の精製されたポリクロロプレン分散体中におけるクロロプレン含有量の重量比率WCR,outが50ppm以下であるように、多段式および/または複数のトレイを有するストリッピング塔中で、前記ポリクロロプレン分散体からクロロプレンを除去する段階と、
を有する、方法。 - 前記ストリッピング塔に供給される前記ポリクロロプレン分散体は、
原則的に、前記重合を実施した直後の前記ポリクロロプレン分散体の水相の全体を含み、
前記ポリクロロプレン分散体が前記ストリッピング塔に導入される前に、前記ポリクロロプレン分散体に、追加の水相および/または水が添加される、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記重合は主に、少なくとも1つのバッチ反応器におけるバッチ反応を用いて実施され、
重合後の前記ポリクロロプレン分散体は、前記ストリッピング塔における分離の前に、バッファタンクに移送され、
前記ポリクロロプレン分散体は、原則的に、前記バッファタンクから前記ストリッピング塔に、連続的に供給される、
請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記ストリッピング塔に供給される前記ポリクロロプレン分散体のクロロプレン含有量の重量比率WCR,inは、200ppm以上30,000ppm以下である、
請求項1から請求項3までの何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記重合を実施する段階の後、前記クロロプレンを除去する段階前に、重合後の前記ポリクロロプレン分散体を脱気する段階が実施される、
請求項1から請求項4までの何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記クロロプレンを除去する段階の後に、精製された前記ポリクロロプレン分散体が濃縮される、
請求項1から請求項5までの何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記ストリッピング塔に供給される前記ポリクロロプレン分散体の圧力と比較した超過圧力(overpressure)Δpが、3bar(300kPa)以上10bar(1000kPa)以下であり、および/または、底部における温度Tが、55℃以上110℃以下である蒸気が、前記ストリッピング塔に供給される、
請求項1から請求項6までの何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記ストリッピング塔に供給される蒸気の質量流量の、前記ストリッピング塔に供給される前記ポリクロロプレン分散体の質量流量に対する比率Rは、0.04≦R≦0.20の関係に従う、
請求項1から請求項7までの何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記ストリッピング塔の段および/またはトレイの数Nは、5以上35以下である、
請求項1から請求項8までの何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記ストリッピング塔の段高さhは、800mm以上1500mm以下であり、ならびに/または、
前記ストリッピング塔の段および/もしくはトレイの円形断面に基づく直径Dは、500mm以上5000mm以下である、
請求項1から請求項9までの何れか一項に記載の方法。 - 請求項1から請求項10までの何れか一項に記載の方法を実施して、ポリクロロプレンに基づくポリマー分散体を生産するプラントであって、
エマルション中で、クロロプレンのポリクロロプレンへの重合を実施する重合ユニットと、
前記重合ユニットと直接または間接的に接続され、多段式および/または複数のトレイを有し、前記ポリクロロプレン分散体からクロロプレンを除去するストリッピング塔と、
を備え、
前記重合ユニットは、使用される配合に応じて、前記重合後のポリクロロプレン分散体中における固形分含有量の重量比率Wsolidの上限が、50%以下になるように構成され、
前記ストリッピング塔は、前記ストリッピング塔に供給される前記ポリクロロプレン分散体に応じて、前記クロロプレンの除去後の精製されたポリクロロプレン分散体中におけるクロロプレン含有量の重量比率WCR,outが、50ppm以下になるような大きさに構成される、
プラント。 - 前記ストリッピング塔は、少なくとも部分的に、断熱材および/または断熱性のクラッディングを有する、
請求項11に記載のプラント。 - 第1の部材と第2の部材とを結合する結合方法であって、
結合手段として、ポリクロロプレンに基づくポリマー分散体を用いて生産された接着剤が用いられ、
前記ポリマー分散体は、請求項1から請求項10までの何れか一項に記載の方法、および、請求項11または請求項12に記載のプラントの少なくとも一方を用いて生産される、
結合方法。
