Description
これまで知られた技術水準からの方法の全てが、これらが、生じる残存ガスを最適に利用しないという欠点を有する。
Claims (9)
- 乳化重合法又は懸濁重合法による5〜100bar絶対の圧力での水性ラジカル重合によるビニルエステル及びエチレン又はエチレン系不飽和モノマーを含有する混合ポリマーの製造方法であって、重合の終了後に反応混合物が、0.1〜5bar絶対の圧力に放圧され、かつ未反応モノマーの回収が、残存ガスからの多段階の分別極低温凝縮(fraktionierte Tiefkaltkondensation)によって行われるが、但し、水蒸気を第一凝縮段階において1〜5℃の温度で凝縮させ、かつ第二凝縮段階において酢酸ビニルを−90〜−60℃の温度で凝縮させ、かつ第三凝縮段階においてエチレンを−140〜−100℃の温度で凝縮させることを特徴とする、ビニルエステル及びエチレン又はエチレン系不飽和モノマーを含有する混合ポリマーの製造方法。
- 液体の形で得られたエチレンが、1〜20bar絶対の圧力下に蒸発され、かつ引き続き再び重合反応へ圧縮されるか又は酢酸ビニルモノマー製造プラント中で原料として反応循環路へ供給される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 液体の形で得られたエチレンを再び重合へ供給する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 液体の形で得られた酢酸ビニルを、再び重合へ返送するか、又は酢酸ビニルモノマー製造プラント中で蒸留系へ供給する、請求項1、2又は3記載の方法。
- 多段階凝縮を、真空ポンプの吸引側に配置した多段階の凝縮プラント中で行う、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 多段階凝縮を、圧縮機の圧力側に配置した多段階の凝縮プラント中で行う、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 重合法を、完全連続的に又は不連続に操作する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 重合を、重合条件下に液体のモノマー95〜99質量%の転化率で終了する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 重合のために、酢酸ビニル及びエチレンの混合物、並びに酢酸ビニル及び別のビニルエステル又は炭素原子9〜13個を有するα−分枝鎖状モノカルボン酸のビニルエステル及びエチレンの混合物を使用する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
