Claims (8)
- 沸騰水型原子炉のジェットポンプディフューザのディフューザ尾管にディフューザアダプタまたは下部リングを連結するためのクランプアセンブリであって、
前記ディフューザの外周に全体的に対応する形に作られた少なくとも2つのクランプセグメント(12)と、
前記クランプセグメントの各々の各端に取り付けられたスイベルリンク(14)と、
前記クランプセグメントの端と前記クランプセグメントの端の間で前記スイベルリンクに旋回可能に固定された少なくとも2つの連結バンド(16)と、
を備え、
前記クランプセグメント各々は、クランプ本体と、該クランプ本体と協働可能で前記ディフューザアダプタまたは下部リング、および前記ディフューザ尾管と係合可能なロックアセンブリ(20、22)とを備え、
前記ロックアセンブリは、前記ディフューザアダプタまたは下部リング、および前記ディフューザ尾管内に形成された対応する穴と直接係合可能な、半径方向を向いたピンを含む、
クランプアセンブリ。 - 前記ロックアセンブリの各々は、それのそれぞれのクランプ本体に固定された上部ピンインサート(20)および下部ピンインサート(22)を含み、前記上部および下部ピンインサートは、前記ディフューザアダプタまたは下部リング、および前記ディフューザ尾管に形成された対応する穴と直接係合可能な前記ピン(26)を含む、請求項1に記載のクランプアセンブリ。
- 前記クランプ本体は、それの内面に2つの周方向溝(24)を備え、前記周方向溝は、前記上部ピンインサート(20)および下部ピンインサート(22)を収容するような大きさに作られている、請求項2に記載のクランプアセンブリ。
- 前記上部ピンインサート(20)および下部ピンインサート(22)の前記ピン(26)は、円錐状であり、前記ディフューザアダプタまたは下部リング、および前記ディフューザ尾管に形成された前記穴は、対応したテーパを付けられている、請求項2に記載のクランプアセンブリ。
- 前記ディフューザ尾管と係合可能な前記上部ピンインサート(20)は、前記ディフューザ尾管の熱膨張係数と同じ熱膨張係数を有する第1の材料で形成され、
前記ディフューザアダプタまたは下部リングと係合可能な前記下部ピンインサート(22)は、前記ディフューザアダプタまたは下部リングの熱膨張係数と同じ熱膨張係数を有する第2の材料で形成されている、
請求項2に記載のクランプアセンブリ。 - 前記第1の材料は、316型オーステナイトステンレス鋼であり、前記第2の材料は、インコネル合金600である、請求項5に記載のクランプアセンブリ。
- 前記クランプ本体(18)は、前記ディフューザ尾管の熱膨張係数と、前記ディフューザアダプタまたは下部リングの熱膨張係数との間の熱膨張係数を有する材料で形成されている、請求項2に記載のクランプアセンブリ。
- 前記クランプセグメント(12)の各々は、それの各端にボルトカラー(28)を備え、前記ボルトカラーは、前記スイベルリンク(14)のうちの対応する1つと係合可能なボルト(32)を収容する少なくとも1つの開口(30)を含む、請求項1に記載のクランプアセンブリ。
