Description
Claims (4)
- 構造物の内部を検査するための検査方法であって、
削孔手段により前記構造物に孔を形成するステップと、
形成された前記孔内に、検査具が備える、該孔内へ挿入する際の挿入方向を長手方向として配置される棒状レンズまたは該挿入方向に一列に配列する複数のレンズと伝送路とミラーとを収納し、前記ミラーからの光を出射させ、該ミラーへ反射光を入射させるための窓を有し、前記孔内の1つの壁面からの距離と該1つの壁面に対向する他の壁面からの距離が等しい中心線上に前記ミラーが配置されるように該ミラーを支持するチューブを挿入するステップと、
前記検査具が備える光源装置から前記チューブ内の前記伝送路および前記ミラーを介して前記孔の壁面に向けて光を照射するステップと、
前記壁面に反射した反射光を前記ミラーおよび支持部材により前記中心線上に配置された前記棒状レンズまたは前記一列に配列する複数のレンズを介して受光し、画像として表示するステップと、
前記孔内の他の壁面の画像を表示させるために、前記支持部材により前記中心線上に前記棒状レンズまたは前記一列に配列する複数のレンズが配置されるように該棒状レンズまたは該一列に配列する複数のレンズおよび前記伝送路を支持しつつ、前記チューブを前記孔内に挿入した状態で該孔内の周方向へ回転させるステップとを含む、検査方法。 - 前記構造物に形成されたひび割れまたは前記構造物に形成した前記孔から、蛍光剤を含む注入材を注入するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の検査方法。
- 前記注入材の注入状況を確認するために、前記構造物に形成された前記ひび割れが延びる方向に対し傾斜した孔を前記削孔手段により形成するステップをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の検査方法。
- さらに、光源装置を取り替えるステップを含み、前記取り替えるステップ後、前記挿入するステップにおいて前記傾斜した孔に前記チューブを挿入し、前記チューブの挿入後、前記照射するステップと、前記表示するステップと、前記回転させるステップとを実行する、請求項3に記載の検査方法。
