Description
少なくとも1面に貫通可能部材が結合し、液体が入っている密封チャンバを含む容器、
両端が開放された通路を定めるサンプラー
を含み、第1端部から延びる前記通路の少なくとも一部が毛細管作用によりサンプルを引き込める毛細管通路を含み、該サンプラーが、前記貫通可能部材が一旦貫通されると前記通路が前記密封チャンバと連通するように該貫通可能部材を貫通するよう構成された貫通手段を含んでおり、前記貫通可能部材が、前記サンプルと前記液体を混合させ、該混合されたサンプルと液体とを前記毛細管通路を経由して前記装置から分注させるピストンとして操作可能である装置が提供される。
毛細管作用により毛細管通路内に液体サンプルを抜き取る工程、および
前記通路が前記密封チャンバと連通するように前記貫通可能部材を貫通するために前記貫通可能部材を貫通する工程、および前記サンプルと前記液体を混合し、前記混合されたサンプルと液体を前記毛細管通路を通して前記装置から分注するために、該貫通可能部材をピストンとして操作する工程を含む。
少なくとも1面が貫通可能部材と接する密封チャンバを含む容器、および
両端が開いた通路であって、第1端部から伸びる通路の少なくとも一部分が毛細管通路を含む通路を定めるサンプラー
を含む部品のキットであって、サンプラーは、貫通可能部材が貫通されると通路が密封チャンバと接触するように、該貫通可能部材を貫通するように構成された貫通手段を含むキットを提供する。
Claims (24)
- 少なくとも1面に貫通可能部材が結合し、液体が入っている密封チャンバを含む容器、
両端が開放している通路を規定するサンプラー
を含むサンプルを採取および分注するための装置であって、
第1端部から伸びる前記通路の少なくとも一部分は毛細管作用によりサンプルを引き込める毛細管通路を含み、該サンプラーが、前記貫通可能部材が一旦貫通されると前記通路が前記密封チャンバと連通するように該貫通可能部材を貫通するよう構成された貫通手段を含んでおり、前記貫通可能部材が、前記サンプルと前記液体を混合させ、該混合されたサンプルと液体とを前記毛細管通路を経由して前記装置から分注させるピストンとして操作可能である、サンプルを採取および分注する装置。 - 前記貫通可能部材が穿孔可能部材を含み、前記貫通手段が、該穿孔可能部材を穿孔するように構成された穿孔手段を含む請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記貫通可能部材が開口部を有する部材を含み、前記装置がさらに該開口部を封止するように設置されたプラグを含む請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記サンプラーが、前記容器の内部をスライドするように構成される請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記サンプラーが、シャフトを含む請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記サンプラーが、前記容器に対して接するように構成されかつ該サンプラーを該容器中に移動させた後に、該容器中での該サンプラーの動きを制限するように設置される突出部を含む請求項5記載の装置。
- 前記容器が、前記貫通可能部材が中でスライドできる円筒であって、前記サンプラーが、前記貫通手段が前記貫通可能部材を貫通した後に該貫通可能部材をピストンとして操作するように、該貫通可能部材と嵌合するよう構成される嵌合手段を含む請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記嵌合手段が、前記液体と前記通路内の前記サンプルの混合のために前記密封チャンバから前記通路内への前記液体の排出をするために、および前記混合された液体とサンプルを前記装置から前記毛細管通路を通って分注するために、前記貫通可能部材を押すことによって、該貫通可能部材をピストンとして操作するように構成される請求項7記載の装置。
- 前記嵌合手段が、前記貫通可能部材を受け止めるように構成される受け止め手段を含み、前記液体と前記密封チャンバ内の前記サンプルの混合のために前記サンプラーから前記密封チャンバ内へ前記サンプルを排出するために、前記貫通可能部材を引くことによって、該貫通可能部材をピストンとして操作するように構成される請求項7または8記載の装置。
- 前記嵌合手段がまた、前記混合された液体とサンプルを前記密封チャンバから前記毛細管通路を通って分注するために、前記貫通可能部材を押すことによって、該貫通可能部材をピストンとして引き続き操作するように構成される請求項9記載の装置。
- 前記通路の第2端部から伸びる該通路の一部分の直径が、前記毛細管通路の直径よりも大きい請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記貫通可能部材が弾性であって、前記サンプラーの前記第2端部が、該貫通可能部材を貫通した後に該貫通可能部材を封止するように構成される請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1面に、前記貫通手段により貫通されるように構成される少なくとも1つの第2貫通可能部材が結合し、前記密封チャンバと連続して設置される第2密封チャンバをさらに含む請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記サンプラーが、前記通路中に乾燥試薬を貯蔵する請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記液体が少なくとも1つの試薬を含む請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記サンプルが内部に分注され得る補助管をさらに含む請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1面に貫通可能部材が結合する密封チャンバを備えた容器を含む装置を用いてサンプルを採取および分注する方法であって、前記密封チャンバには液体が入っており、前記装置は両端が開放している通路を規定するサンプラーを含んでおり、第1端部から伸びる前記通路の少なくとも一部分は毛細管通路を含んでおり、前記サンプラーは、第2端部に貫通手段を備えており、
毛細管作用により前記毛細管通路内に液体サンプルを抜き取る工程、および
前記通路が前記密封チャンバと連通するように前記貫通可能部材を貫通する工程、および
前記サンプルと前記液体を混合し、前記混合されたサンプルと液体とを前記毛細管通路を通して前記装置から分注するために、該貫通可能部材をピストンとして操作する工程
を含む方法。 - 前記貫通可能部材が穿孔可能部材を含み、前記貫通手段が、該穿孔可能部材を穿孔する穿孔手段を含む請求項17記載の方法。
- 前記貫通可能部材が開口部を有する部材を含み、前記装置がさらに該開口部を封止するように設置されたプラグを含み、前記貫通手段が該開口部を通して該プラグを押す請求項17記載の方法。
- 前記サンプルが体液を含む請求項17〜19のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記サンプルが衛生サンプルを含む請求項17〜20のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記貫通可能部材が、押すことによってピストンとして操作される請求項17〜21のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記貫通可能部材が、前記サンプルと前記密封チャンバ内の前記液体を混合するために前記密封チャンバ内へ前記サンプルの排出をするために引くことによって、および前記混合されたサンプルおよび液体を前記毛細管通路を通して排出するために引き続いて押すことによって、ピストンとして操作される請求項17〜21のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記混合されたサンプルおよび液体が補助管へと排出される請求項23記載の方法。
