Claims (10)
- 動物またはヒトである患者の流体の抜取りおよび/または戻しのための植込み型アクセスデバイスであり、該植込み型アクセスデバイスは、患者の管腔と連結すべき一つの内部導管に取付けられたケーシング;該ケーシングに取付けられ外部導管に接続され、また体外管腔をアクセスデバイスに取付けるように配置されたコネクタ;および内部導管と外部導管との間の流体連通を選択的に可能にするかまたは遮断するための該ケーシング内部のアクチュエータユニットを含み;患者の骨にアクセスデバイスを固定するために配置されたケーシング内に組込まれたかまたはケーシングに取付けられた固定ユニットをさらに含むアクセスデバイスであって、
固定ユニットがアクセスデバイスの長手方向軸に沿って軸方向に延在すること、および
内部導管が既定の流れ方向のためのチューブラインを二本以上含み、外部導管が既定の流れ方向のための別個のアクセスラインを二本以上含み;チューブラインがアクセスデバイスの長手方向軸と本質的に平行な方向でケーシングから出てくること、
を特徴とする植込み型アクセスデバイス。 - 前記固定ユニットが、単一の骨ネジ、好ましくは中央にある骨ネジであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の植込み型アクセスデバイス。
- 前記骨ネジが、内部導管のケーシングに近い部分を収容する中空骨ネジであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の植込み型アクセスデバイス。
- 前記ケーシングの少なくとも一部分が、固定ユニットとして使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の植込み型アクセスデバイス。
- 前記固定ユニットが、ケーシングの下部部分上に具備されたネジ込み構造であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の植え込み型アクセスデバイス。
- 前記固定ユニットが、ケーシングの下部部分上に具備された粗面化されたまたは三次元構造である、請求項4に記載の植込み型アクセスデバイス。
- 前記アクセスラインが、アクセスデバイスの長手方向軸と本質的に平行な方向で、またはアクセスデバイスの長手方向軸と0°〜90°の間に含まれる角度を成してケーシングから出てくることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の植込み型アクセスデバイス。
- 前記内部導管が、外部導管のアクセスラインの内向きの流れを組合せることのできる単一のチューブラインを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の植込み型アクセスデバイス。
- 前記アクチュエータユニットが、一方では前記内部導管の各チューブラインに、そして他方では前記外部導管の各々のアクセスラインに連結されたバルブであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の植込み型アクセスデバイス。
- 前記バルブユニットが、さらに多数のチューブラインおよびアクセスラインと等しい数のボールバルブユニットまたはディスクバルブユニットを含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の植込み型アクセスデバイス。
