Claims (9)
- 2ストロークエンジンであって、
シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に設けられるピストンと、
吸気を加圧して掃気を生成する過給機と、
前記シリンダに形成され、前記シリンダおよび前記ピストンの上面にて囲まれる空間である燃焼室内に前記過給機からの前記掃気を供給する掃気ポートと、
前記シリンダに形成され、前記燃焼室内のガスを前記燃焼室外に排出する排気ポートと、
前記掃気ポートから前記燃焼室内への前記掃気の供給が開始されてから前記ピストンが次に上死点に到達するまでの間に、前記燃焼室内に掃気冷却用の液状アンモニアを噴出する噴出部と、
を備えることを特徴とする2ストロークエンジン。 - 請求項1に記載の2ストロークエンジンであって、
前記掃気ポートおよび前記噴出部が前記シリンダの下部に設けられることを特徴とする2ストロークエンジン。 - 請求項1または2に記載の2ストロークエンジンであって、
アンモニアガスと共に窒素酸化物を還元する還元触媒をさらに備え、
前記還元触媒が前記燃焼室から排出される排気の通路に設けられ、
前記排気ポートから前記燃焼室内のガスを排出している間に、前記噴出部により前記液状アンモニアが前記燃焼室内に噴出されることを特徴とする2ストロークエンジン。 - 請求項1または2に記載の2ストロークエンジンであって、
前記排気ポートを閉じた後のみに、前記噴出部により前記液状アンモニアが前記燃焼室内に噴出されることを特徴とする2ストロークエンジン。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の2ストロークエンジンであって、
前記排気ポートを閉じる時に、燃焼済みガスの一部が残留ガスとして前記燃焼室内に残留し、前記排気ポートを閉じた後に、前記噴出部により前記液状アンモニアが前記燃焼室内に噴出されることを特徴とする2ストロークエンジン。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の2ストロークエンジンであって、
前記ピストンが前記上死点近傍に位置する際に、前記燃焼室内にアンモニアを含む流体を噴出して前記燃焼室内のガスの燃焼を行うもう1つの噴出部をさらに備えることを特徴とする2ストロークエンジン。 - 請求項6に記載の2ストロークエンジンであって、
前記噴出部が前記もう1つの噴出部を兼ねることを特徴とする2ストロークエンジン。 - 請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の2ストロークエンジンであって、
前記掃気が冷媒による冷却なしで前記過給機から前記掃気ポートに供給されることを特徴とする2ストロークエンジン。 - 4ストロークエンジンであって、
シリンダと、
前記シリンダ内に設けられるピストンと、
吸気を加圧して給気を生成する過給機と、
前記シリンダに形成され、吸入行程において、前記シリンダおよび前記ピストンの上面にて囲まれる空間である燃焼室内に前記過給機からの前記給気を供給する給気ポートと、
前記給気ポートから前記燃焼室内への前記給気の供給開始時から、圧縮行程において前記ピストンが上死点に到達するまでの間に、前記燃焼室内に給気冷却用の液状アンモニアを噴出する噴出部と、
前記シリンダに形成され、前記燃焼室内のガスが燃焼する爆発行程後の排気行程において、前記燃焼室内のガスを前記燃焼室外に排出する排気ポートと、
を備えることを特徴とする4ストロークエンジン。
