Description
特許文献2に、炭素系複合材をプランジャスリーブの内面に配置し、液状の潤滑剤なしにプランジャスリーブとプランジャチップの耐摺動性を向上する技術が開示されている。この技術は、液状の潤滑剤を不要とし、それによって溶湯への潤滑剤の混入を避けることを目的とするものである。

Claims (2)
- 金型と、
溶湯が流し込まれるプランジャスリーブと、
プランジャスリーブ内を摺動して溶湯を金型のキャビティへと押し出すプランジャチップと、
を備えており、
プランジャスリーブ内面とプランジャチップ先端面が、カーボンナノコイル、カーボンナノチューブ、及び、カーボンナノフィラメントのグループから選ばれる少なくとも1つのナノカーボン類を含む第1コーティング剤で下地面がコーティングされており、その上がフラーレンを含む第2コーティング剤でコーティングされていることを特徴とするダイカスト鋳造装置。 - 金型のキャビティ面が、前記第1コーティング剤で下地面がコーティングされており、その上が前記第2コーティング剤でコーティングされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイカスト鋳造装置。
