Description

Claims (11)
- ハウジング;薬物容器の栓を駆動するためのはめ込み式のピストンロッドアセンブリ;及びはめ込み式のピストンロッドアセンブリ用の駆動機構;を含む、薬物送達デバイスであって、
はめ込み式のピストンロッドアセンブリは、栓を駆動するためのプランジャ、プランジャとハウジング間で主として軸方向の運動を可能にするためのキー;及びプランジャにはめ込み式で連結され、ハウジングに対する回転及び軸方向運動のために支持される入力駆動部を含み;そして
駆動機構は、入力駆動部を回転させる働きをする伝達駆動部を含み、それによって、入力駆動部がプランジャに対してはめ込み式で移動するにつれて、入力駆動部はハウジングに対して軸方向に移動し、
ここでプランジャが、入力駆動部の回転が入力駆動部に対してプランジャをはめ込み式で縮退させ又は拡張させるように、入力駆動部の雌ねじと係合する雄ねじを備え;そして
入力駆動部が、伝達駆動部の軸方向に伸びるギアとかみ合うための雌ねじの反対側のその端部で駆動ギアを備えて、入力駆動部が伝達駆動部により回転するとき、駆動ギアが、ハウジングに対して軸方向に伸びたギアに沿って摺動することができる、
薬物送達デバイス。 - キーが所定量の回転運動を可能にする請求項1に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 入力駆動部が、ハウジング中に備える対応する雌ねじ開口部と係合し及び通過する雄ねじを備えている請求項1又は2に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- キーが、薬物カートリッジピストンを駆動するその端部から反対側のプランジャの端部内に非回転的に伸びる伸長部材を含む請求項3に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- プランジャから離れたキーの端部が、伝達駆動部の軸方向に伸びたギアに実質的に隣接して存在するハウジング内に伸びるように、キーが入力駆動部を通して伸びる請求項4に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- キーの端部が、入力駆動部の駆動ギア上に伸びそしてハウジング上に若しくはハウジング内に備える対応する凹部又はガイドの中に伸びる、タブ又は突起を備える請求項5に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 対応する凹部又はガイドが、軸方向にのびるギアに平行に配置されて、入力駆動部が回転し、そしてねじ山付き開口部を通って動くとき、キーが、軸方向に伸びるギアの長さの少なくとも一部にわたって平行に軸方向に動く、請求項6に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 対応する凹部又はガイドが、軸方向に伸びるギアに対して非平行に配置されて、入力駆動部が回転し、ねじ山付き開口部を通って動くとき、キーが、凹部又はガイドの傾斜に従って軸方向に回転しながら動く、請求項5に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 駆動機構が、騒音を減少させるための、及び/又は駆動機構内の公差を減少させるためのデバイスを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- ハウジングが、使用者交換可能薬物カートリッジ用の容器を含む請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイス。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の薬物送達デバイスを含む自己注射器。
