Claims (4)
- 外周刃を有するエンドミルであって、前記外周刃について、すくい面の断面を円弧状に形成し、かつ、すくい角を40度を超え、55度までの範囲としたことを特徴とするエンドミル。
- 請求項1に記載のエンドミルであって、更に、底刃を有し、前記底刃について、底刃すくい面の断面を円弧状に形成し、かつ、底刃すくい角を45度から55度の範囲とし、更に、底刃二番角を6度から10度の範囲としたことを特徴とするエンドミル。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のエンドミルであって、刃数が4の底刃を有し、前記底刃について対角位置の2刃が他の2刃よりも前記エンドミルの軸先端方向に突出していることを特徴とするエンドミル。
- 底刃を有するエンドミルであって、前記底刃について、底刃すくい面の断面を円弧状に形成し、かつ、底刃すくい角を45度から55度のの範囲とし、更に、底刃二番角を6度から10度の範囲としたことを特徴とするエンドミル。
