Claims (16)
- ・バルーンカテーテル(1)のバルーン(3)の表面を少なくとも部分的に、作用物質(8)の第1の溶液により湿らせ、
・前記作用物質(8)の第1の溶液により湿らされたことによって前記作用物質(8)を含む作用物質層/被覆層(11)がコーティングされたバルーン(3)の表面の部分を、作用物質の第2の飽和溶液(28)により湿らすことにより、バルーンカテーテル(1)のバルーン(3)上に生理活性表面を形成する方法であって、
前記第2の飽和溶液(28)の溶剤がエタノール及び水からなる溶剤であることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第2の飽和溶液(28)の溶剤が、エタノール及び水からなる共沸溶剤であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1の溶液(8)として飽和溶液が使用される、請求項1及び2のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- バルーン(3)の表面を作用物質(8)の第1の溶液により、バルーン(3)を該第1の溶液(8)内に浸漬すること(9)によって湿らせる、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- バルーン(3)は、10mm/sまでの速度により第1の溶液(8)から引き出され(10)る、請求項4記載の方法。
- バルーン(3)の表面は、作用物質の第1の溶液(8)による湿しの前にクリーニングされ、および/または構造化またはプロフィールが施される、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- バルーン(3)の表面は、作用物質の第1の溶液(8)による湿しの後であって、第2の飽和溶液(28)による湿しの前に、作用物質の別の溶液(18)により湿らされる、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- バルーン(3)の表面を作用物質の別の溶液(18)により、バルーン(3)を該別の溶液(18)に浸漬すること(19)によって湿らせる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- バルーン(3)の表面は、最大で20秒、作用物質の別の溶液(18)に浸漬される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- バルーン(3)の表面は、作用物質の別の溶液(18)により最大3分、作用物質の第1の溶液(8)による湿しの後に湿らされる、請求項7から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- バルーン(3)の表面は、作用物質の別の溶液(18)による湿しの後に、乾燥される、請求項7から10までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 使用される作用物質は、トレチノインおよび/またはトレチノイン誘導体および/またはオーファン受容体作動薬および/またはエラフィン誘導体および/または副腎皮質ホルモンおよび/またはステロイドホルモンおよび/またはパクリタキセルおよび/またはパクリタキセル誘導体および/またはラパムンおよび/またはタクロリムスおよび/または疎水性タンパク質および/または細胞プロフィール変更物質を含む、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 作用物質の第1の溶液(8)及び作用物質の別の溶液(18)の溶剤として、ジクロロメタン、クロロホルム、アルコール、アセトン、ジエチルエテル、液体炭化水素、トルオール、テトロヒドラフラン(THF)、またはエステル酸が使用される、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 第2の飽和溶液が酢酸を含む、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得られる、バルーンカテーテル(1)のバルーン(3)。
- 請求項15によるバルーン(3)を含むバルーンカテーテル。
