Claims (3)
- 音及び熱を発する騒音源に取り付けられて該騒音源の発する音の伝達を制限する制遮音材を備えた制遮音構造体であって、
前記制遮音材が弾性を有する多孔質材とされていると共に、該制遮音材が前記騒音源に重ね合わされるようになっており、該制遮音材の該騒音源への重ね合わせ面上に熱電素子が配設されて、該熱電素子が該制遮音材の弾性に基づいて該騒音源に弾性的に押し当てられるようになっていることを特徴とする制遮音構造体。 - 前記制遮音材が発泡性合成樹脂で形成された基材と該基材に混合される磁性体粒子とを有しており、複数の該磁性体粒子が鎖状に繋がったクラスタを形成すると共に、該クラスタの少なくとも一部が該制遮音材と前記熱電素子との重ね合わせ方向に配向している請求項1に記載の制遮音構造体。
- 前記騒音源がパワーユニットとされている請求項1又は2に記載の制遮音構造体。
