Description
Claims (11)
- 流体冷却器と、冷却コイルと、冷却回収コイルと、冷却流体の戻り配管と、空気処理ユニットと、制御システムと、を備える空調システムであって、
前記流体冷却器が、第1の温度の流体を受け取ると共に、前記第1の温度よりも低い第2の温度であって、受け取られた空気からの湿気の凝縮が生じるのに十分な第2の温度の前記流体を排出し、
前記冷却コイルが、前記流体冷却器からほぼ前記第2の温度の前記流体を受け取るための流入口を有し、
前記冷却回収コイルが、前記冷却コイルによって排出された前記流体の少なくとも一部を受け取るために流体回収管路によって前記冷却コイルの流出口に接続された流入口を有し、
前記空気処理ユニットが、吸気源から前記受け取られた空気を受け取ると共に、前記受け取られた空気を前記冷却コイルを通って移動させた後に前記冷却回収コイルを通って移動させることにより、前記冷却コイルにおいて前記空気が冷却されて前記空気から少なくとも一部の湿気が凝縮され、
前記冷却コイルにおける冷却及び前記空気からの少なくとも一部の湿気の凝縮により、前記流体が前記冷却回収コイルによって前記冷却コイルから前記流体回収管路を介して受け取られたとき、前記流体は、前記第2の温度よりも高い第3の温度になり、
前記制御システムは、受け取られた空気の湿度、又は、空調された空間の要求が前記受け取られた空気の除湿を必要とするとき、以下の事項、即ち、
前記冷却回収コイルを出る前記受け取られた空気の給気温度を、前記受け取られた空気から水分が除去され、除湿されて冷却された空気が得られる点まで冷却する事項であって、選択的に流量制御弁を調整して前記流体冷却器から前記冷却コイルへの前記流体の流量を調節することを含む事項、及び、
前記冷却回収コイルを出る給気温度を連続的に変化させて、空調された空間における居住者の必要性又はプロセス冷房負荷、及び、相対湿度を維持する事項であって、前記冷却コイルから前記冷却回収コイルへ排出される前記流体の流量を制御する第2の流量制御弁を選択的に調整して、前記流体から、前記除湿されて冷却された空気に熱を伝達し、これにより前記流体冷却器への冷却要求を低減させることを含む事項、を含む機能を実行する、空調システム。 - 前記流体冷却器が1つ又は複数の冷房設備を含む請求項1に記載の空調システム。
- 前記流体回収管路が、前記流体の前記流れを供給するための流体ポンプシステムをさらに含む請求項1に記載の空調システム。
- 前記冷却コイル及び加熱コイルの表面に沿って流れる空気を押し進めるための1つ又は複数のファンをさらに備える請求項1に記載の空調システム。
- 前記流体回収管路が配管を含む請求項1に記載の空調システム。
- 前記流体が、水を含む請求項1に記載の空調システム。
- 前記制御システムによって実行される前記機能は、以下の事項、即ち、
前記第3の温度が前記冷却コイルからの前記除湿されて冷却された空気を再加熱して、空調された空間における居住者の必要性又はプロセス冷房負荷を維持するのに十分であるときに、前記第2の流量制御弁を選択的に調整して、前記冷却コイルの前記流出口から前記流体回収管路を介して前記流体のみを送出し、前記第3の温度が前記冷却コイルからの前記除湿されて冷却された空気を再加熱して、空調された空間における居住者の必要性又はプロセス冷房負荷を維持するのに十分でないときに、1つ又は複数の熱源から前記除湿されて冷却された空気に熱を加える事項をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の空調システム。 - 流体を冷却するステップであって、流体冷却器が、第1の温度の前記流体を受け取ると共に、前記第1の温度よりも低い第2の温度であって、受け取られた空気からの湿気の凝縮が生じるのに十分な第2の温度の前記流体を排出することを含むステップと、
ほぼ前記第2の温度の前記流体を、前記流体冷却器から冷却コイルに供給するステップと、
前記冷却コイルの流出口から前記流体の少なくとも一部を冷却回収コイルに供給するステップであって、前記冷却回収コイルは、流体回収管路を介して冷却コイルの流出口に接続されている流入口を備える、ステップと、
前記冷却回収コイルから出る前記流体を、流体回収管路を介して前記流体冷却器に戻す工程と、
空気処理ユニットにおいて吸気源から受け取られた空気を受け取り、前記受け取られた空気を前記冷却コイルを通って移動させた後に前記冷却回収コイルを通って移動させることにより、前記冷却コイルにおいて前記受け取られた空気が冷却されて前記受け取られた空気から少なくとも一部の湿気が凝縮されるステップであって、前記冷却コイルにおける冷却及び前記受け取られた空気からの少なくとも一部の湿気の凝縮により、前記流体が前記冷却回収コイルによって前記冷却コイルの流出口から前記流体回収管路を介して受け取られたとき、前記流体は、前記第2の温度よりも高い第3の温度になる、ステップと、
前記冷却回収コイルを出る前記受け取られた空気の給気温度を、前記受け取られた空気から水分が除去され、除湿されて冷却された空気が得られる点まで冷却するステップであって、選択的に少なくとも1つの第1の弁を調整して前記流体冷却器から前記冷却コイルへの前記流体の流量を調節することを含むステップと、
前記冷却回収コイルを出る給気温度を連続的に変化させて、空調された空間における居住者の必要性又はプロセス冷房負荷、及び、相対湿度を維持するスッテプであって、前記冷却コイルから前記冷却回収コイルへ排出される前記流体の流量を制御する第2の流量制御弁を選択的に調整して、前記流体から、前記除湿されて冷却された空気に熱を伝達し、これにより前記流体冷却器への冷却要求を低減させることを含むステップと、を含む、空調の方法。 - 前記冷却コイル及び前記冷却回収コイルの上に前記受け取られた空気を吹きつけるステップをさらに含む請求項8に記載の空調の方法。
- 前記受け取られた空気から粒子を濾過するステップをさらに含む請求項8に記載の空調の方法。
- 前記第3の温度が前記冷却コイルからの前記除湿されて冷却された空気を再加熱して、空調された空間における居住者の必要性又はプロセス冷房負荷を維持するのに十分であるときに、前記第2の流量制御弁を選択的に調整して、前記冷却コイルの前記流出口から前記流体回収管路を介して前記流体のみを送出し、前記第3の温度が前記冷却コイルからの前記除湿されて冷却された空気を再加熱して、空調された空間における居住者の必要性又はプロセス冷房負荷を維持するのに十分でないときに、1つ又は複数の熱源から前記除湿されて冷却された空気に熱を加えるステップをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の空調の方法。
