- 自動車(110)の車室−換気システム(100)用のファン(130)であって、
ファンモータ(160)が設けられており、
該ファンモータ(160)は、磁気的に半径方向に向けられた空芯コイルである複数のコイル(210)を有する第1の部分(480)を備え、磁気的に半径方向に向けられた複数の永久磁石(250)を有する、第1の部分に対して回動可能に支承された第2の部分(490)を備えており、
第1の部分のコイル(210)と第2の部分の永久磁石(250)との間に同心的なリングギャップ(240)が形成されており、
ファンモータ(160)には、コイル(210)の、リングギャップ(240)とは反対側で、コイル(210)を磁気結合するための第1の磁束素子(230)が設けられており、永久磁石(250)の、リングギャップ(240)とは反対側で、永久磁石(250)を磁気結合するための第2の磁束素子(260)が設けられており、
第1の部分は、ステータ(480)であり、第2の部分は、ステータ(480)を包囲するロータ(490)であり、ロータ(490)は、ファンホイール(150)と結合されており、ファンホイール(150)は、半軸流構造を有している、ことを特徴とする、自動車の車室−換気システム(100)用のファン。 - コイル(210)の巻線が、半径方向で第1の磁束素子(230)に隣接している、請求項1記載のファン。
- 第1の磁束素子(230)を固定するための巻線ボディ(450,460)が設けられている、請求項1または2記載のファン。
- 巻線ボディ(450,460)は、軸方向に配置された2つの部分(450,460)を備えている、請求項3記載のファン。
- 巻線ボディの各部分(450,460)は、複数のコイル(210)のうちの1つのコイル(210)の巻線を固定するための突出部(220)を備えている、請求項3記載のファン。
- 非通電状態のコイル(210)の励起に基づいてセンサを用いずに回転数制御を行うための、コイル(210)と結合された制御回路(410)が設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のファン。
- 請求項6記載のファン(130)を備えた車室−換気システム(100)を有する自動車。
- ファンホイール(150)は、空気を軸方向に吸入するための吸入ブレード(420)と、吸入された空気を半径方向に流出させるための流出ブレード(430)とを備えている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のファン。
- ファンホイール(150)は、吸入された空気を流出ブレード(430)に向けて変向するための変向要素(440)を備えている、請求項8記載のファン。
