Claims (5)
- シャフトと、
前記シャフトを回転可能に支持するスリーブと
を含み、
前記シャフトの外周面と前記スリーブの内周面のうち少なくとも一つには、前記シャフトの回転時に流体動圧を発生させる、回転軸方向に分離して配置された一対の動圧溝が形成され、
前記一対の動圧溝のうち少なくとも一つは、前記回転軸方向に一方側の部分と他方側の部分とに区別され、前記一方側の部分の深さが前記他方側の部分の深さより深く形成され、
前記一対の動圧溝のうち少なくとも一つは、前記一方側の部分が、前記一方側の部分と前記他方側の部分との境界に向かって深さが深くなるように形成され、
前記一対の動圧溝の前記他方側の部分は、前記境界から端に向かって深さが一定に形成される動圧軸受装置。 - 前記一対の動圧溝はへリングボーン形状を有し、前記一対の動圧溝のうち少なくとも一つは、前記一方側の部分と前記他方側の部分の前記回転軸方向の長さが同一に形成される請求項1に記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 前記一対の動圧溝の一方の動圧溝の前記回転軸方向の長さが、前記一対の動圧溝の他方の動圧溝の前記回転軸方向の長さより長く形成される請求項1または2に記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 前記スリーブの前記回転軸方向の一方側の端部に設けられ、潤滑流体の漏れを防止するカバー部材をさらに含む請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の動圧軸受装置。
- 請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の動圧軸受装置と、
前記スリーブが固設されるベース部材と、
前記シャフトの前記回転軸方向の他方側の端部に固設され、前記シャフトと連動して回転されるロータハブと
を含むスピンドルモータ。
