Description
Claims (19)
- バイオマスの処理のための反応器であって、
この反応器は、上方部分および下方部分を有する槽を含み、
上方部分は、(i)バイオマスを受け入れるために適合され、かつ加圧気体を介してバイオマスを加圧および加熱するのに適合されており、(ii)少なくとも一つの上方壁によって規定されており、
下方部分は、(i)加圧されたバイオマスを受け入れるために適合され、かつ過剰の液体または自由液体なしでバイオマスの加水分解または自動加水分解を促進するために適合されており、(ii)耐食材料を含む少なくとも一つの下方壁を含み、(iii)輸送液体なしでバイオマスを輸送するよう構成されており、
圧力筒状部(envelope)が槽の外壁と少なくとも一つの下方壁との間に形成されており、
槽の上方部分と圧力筒状部は加圧ラインで操作上で(operatively)連結されているので圧力筒状部の圧力と上方部分の圧力とが等しくなっている、
バイオマスの処理のための反応器。 - 下方部分が外部の撹拌または回転なしにバイオマスを輸送するように構成されている請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 耐食材料がステンレススチール、チタニウム、ジルコニウム、耐食合金、セラミックコーティング、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンライニングまたはそれらの組合せを含む請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 加圧気体が水蒸気である場合に、上方部分が約5〜25バールの圧力までバイオマスを加圧するのに適合している請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 加圧気体がアンモニアである場合に、上方部分が約60バールの圧力までバイオマスを加圧するのに適合している請求項1に記載の反応器。
- 上方部分がカーボンスチールからなる請求項1に記載の反応器。
- バイオマス原料を加水分解する方法であって、
上方部分と下方部分とを有する槽にバイオマス原料を供給する工程、
加圧用媒体を使用して上方部分のバイオマスを加圧する工程、
過剰な液体または自由液体なしに加水分解反応または自動加水分解反応が起こる下方部分へ加圧されたバイオマスを輸送する工程、
輸送液体の導入なしで下方部分から加水分解されたバイオマスを輸送する工程を含み、
圧力筒状部が槽の外壁と下方部分の少なくとも一つの壁との間に形成されており、
圧力筒状部と槽の上方部分とを連結する加圧ラインを介して、圧力筒状部の圧力と上方部分の圧力とを等しくする、
バイオマス原料を加水分解する方法。 - バイオマス原料を供給する工程が連続的に行われる請求項7に記載の方法。
- バイオマス原料を供給する工程がバッチ式プロセスで行われる請求項7に記載の方法。
- 加圧用媒体がアンモニアを含み、上方部分でバイオマスを加圧する工程が約60バールまでの圧力となる請求項7に記載の方法。
- 加圧用媒体が水蒸気を含み、上方部分でバイオマスを加圧する工程が約5〜25バールの圧力となる請求項7に記載の方法。
- 下方部分から加水分解されたバイオマスを輸送する工程が、外部の撹拌または回転なしにさらに起こる請求項7に記載の方法。
- 加水分解反応が硫酸、塩酸、フッ酸、リン酸またはそれらの組合せの添加で起こる請求項7に記載の方法。
- 加水分解反応が酢酸、ギ酸またはそれらの組合せの添加で起こる請求項7に記載の方法。
- 加水分解反応が硫酸の添加で起こる請求項7に記載の方法。
- バイオマスが木材、草またはそれらの組合せを含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- 重力を介して槽にバイオマスを供給する工程をさらに含む請求項7に記載の方法。
- スクリューコンベヤーまたはコンベヤーベルトを介して槽にバイオマスを供給する工程をさらに含む請求項7に記載の方法。
