Claims (8)
- 特に外部で接続可能な弁を作動させるための作動装置であって、ハウジング(10)と、前記ハウジング(10)内に配置され、コイル巻線(14)を備えたコイル体(12)とが設けられており、前記コイル体(12)が少なくとも部分的に極管(16)を取り囲んでいて、前記極管(16)の一方の自由端部に極コア(20)が結合されており、少なくとも前記極管(16)内のアーマチュア室(24)内部で長手方向移動可能に案内されるアーマチュア(22)が設けられており、前記アーマチュア(22)が、それぞれの弁部材を作動させるための作動部材(26)と協働し、前記極管(16)は、前記アーマチュア(22)のための収容スリーブの形態で形成されており、前記収容スリーブの自由端部領域が固定支承個所に固定されている形式のものにおいて、
前記固定支承個所が、前記極コア(20)の2つの支持部分(118、124)から形成されており、前記2つの支持部分が相互の間で収容ギャップの範囲を定めており、前記収容ギャップ内において、前記収容スリーブの自由端部領域が締め付けられて固定されており、
一方の前記支持部分が前記極コア(20)の縮小個所(118)から形成されており、前記縮小個所(118)が前記固定支承個所の領域内の極コア(20)の該縮小個所以外の外径よりも小さいこと、及び前記縮小個所から生じる段状の移行領域(122)が、前記極コア(20)の他方の前記支持部分としてかしめ面(124)を形成しており、
前記固定支承個所と前記極コア(20)の外径に設けられた案内区間(126)との間で、前記収容スリーブは、湾曲した移行領域(120)に沿って、その自由端部領域で前記縮小個所(118)内に達していることを特徴とする、作動装置。 - 前記収容スリーブのための遊動支承個所(116)において、前記収容スリーブに復元手段(112)が作用し、前記復元手段(112)は、前記収容スリーブに、前記固定支承個所(118、124)から離れる方向に向かう力を加えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の作動装置。
- 前記収容スリーブが、前記ハウジング(10)の外側に配置された底部(36)を有しており、前記底部(36)は、前記収容スリーブの外径に対して拡大されていて、直径の変化個所に屈曲領域(116)を有しており、前記屈曲領域(116)に、前記復元手段(112)が作用することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の作動装置。
- 前記収容スリーブは、前記遊動支承個所から前記固定支承個所に向かう円筒形に形成されており、そして案内区間(126)に沿って前記アーマチュア(22)のために滑り案内することと並んで、前記極コア(20)と接触した状態で、前記極コア(20)に隣接していることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の作動装置。
- 前記極コア(20)の案内区間(126)に沿った外径が、前記極コア(20)の、極プレート(34)によって取り囲まれた領域の外径よりも小さく、前記縮小個所(118)の領域内よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項1又は4に記載の作動装置。
- 前記極コア(20)のノーズ状の環状突起(60)がアーマチュア(22)の移動位置のうちのいずれの位置でも、前記アーマチュア(22)の端面側の端部領域に、磁気的な分離個所(18)を形成しつつ被さっており、前記分離個所(18)は、前記極管(16)の収容スリーブによって外方に向かって範囲を定められていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の作動装置。
- 前記収容スリーブは、内周面全体に沿って、前記収容スリーブに当接するシール装置を含まないことを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の作動装置。
- 前記収容スリーブが、特殊鋼材料から形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の作動装置。
