Description
Claims (15)
- 患者の内部及び外面の情報を有する画像を生成するシステムであって:
− 患者内部のX線画像を提供するX線装置、
− 或る波長に応答して患者外面のカメラ画像を提供するカメラであり、当該カメラと前記X線装置との間に所定の空間関係を確立するように前記X線装置によって支持されているカメラ、
− 前記X線画像と前記カメラ画像とを空間的に相関付けるための空間的な基準に基づいて前記カメラ画像及び前記X線画像を合成画像に表現するデータプロセッサ、
− 前記X線画像内及び前記カメラ画像内で検出可能な前記空間的な基準であり、前記患者外面の輪郭、又は前記患者外面上に取り付けられた移動可能なマーカである前記空間的な基準、
を有するシステム。 - 前記移動可能なマーカは、少なくとも3つの相互に離間配置されたマーカ点を有し、該マーカ点は前記X線画像内及び前記カメラ画像内で検出可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記カメラはカメラ画像のストリームを提供するように構成され、前記データプロセッサは、前記空間的な基準に基づいて、前記カメラ画像のストリーム及び前記X線画像を合成画像のストリームに表現するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記X線画像及び前記カメラ画像のストリーム内で検出可能な、医療介入を実行するための器具、を有する請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記カメラは、患者に供給された造影剤の励起のために電磁放射線のビームを供給するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記X線画像に含まれる情報を前記空間的な基準に基づいて前記患者外面に投影するように構成された照明装置、を有する請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記照明装置は、前記照明装置と前記X線装置との間に所定の空間関係を確立するように前記X線装置によって支持される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記照明装置は、放射線滅菌を行うように構成される、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- − 或る更なる波長に応答して前記患者外面の更なるカメラ画像を提供する更なるカメラであり、前記カメラの視差と異なる更なる視差を有し、且つ当該更なるカメラと前記X線装置との間に所定の空間関係を確立するように前記X線装置によって支持されている更なるカメラ、
− 前記更なるカメラ画像内で検出可能な前記空間的な基準に基づいて、前記更なるカメラ画像及び前記合成画像を更なる合成画像に表現するように構成された更なるデータプロセッサ、
を有する請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記カメラはカメラ画像のストリームを提供するように構成され、前記更なるカメラは更なるカメラ画像のストリームを提供するように構成され、前記更なるデータプロセッサは、前記患者外面の前記輪郭又はその一部の動きを検出するように構成され、且つ該動きに従って前記X線画像を更新するように構成される、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 患者の内部及び外面の情報を有する画像を生成するシステムの作動方法であって、前記システムは、X線装置、カメラ及びデータプロセッサを含み、当該方法は:
− 前記X線装置により、患者内部のX線画像を提供するステップ、
− 前記カメラと前記X線装置との間に所定の空間関係を確立するように前記X線装置によって支持された、或る波長に応答する前記カメラにより、患者外面のカメラ画像を提供するステップ、
− 前記データプロセッサにより、前記X線画像内及び前記カメラ画像内で検出可能な空間的な基準により、前記X線画像と前記カメラ画像とを空間的に相関付けるステップであり、前記空間的な基準は、前記患者外面の輪郭、又は前記患者外面上に取り付けられた移動可能なマーカである、空間的に相関付けるステップ、及び
− 前記データプロセッサにより、前記空間的な基準に基づいて前記カメラ画像及び前記X線画像を合成画像に表現するステップ、
を有する方法。 - 前記X線画像から選択された情報を、照明装置により、前記空間的な基準に基づいて前記患者外面上に投影するステップ、を有する請求項11に記載の方法。
- 照明装置により放射線滅菌を行うステップ、を有する請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記X線画像を提供するステップは、前記X線装置が有する回転可能構成を回転させることによって実行される、請求項11乃至13の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- − 前記X線装置によって支持された、或る更なる波長に応答する更なるカメラにより、患者外面の更なるカメラ画像を提供するステップ、
− 更なるデータプロセッサにより、前記更なるカメラ画像内で検出可能な前記空間的な基準により、前記X線画像と前記更なるカメラ画像とを空間的に相関付けるステップ、
− 前記更なるデータプロセッサにより、前記空間的な基準に基づいて前記更なるカメラ画像及び前記合成画像を更なる合成画像に表現するステップ、
− 前記更なるデータプロセッサにより、前記X線画像内、前記カメラ画像内及び前記更なるカメラ画像内の患者の輪郭を空間的に相関付けるステップ、
− 前記更なるデータプロセッサにより、前記患者外面の前記輪郭の動きを検出するステップ、及び
− 前記更なるデータプロセッサにより、前記患者の輪郭の空間的な相関付けに基づいて、前記動きに従って前記X線画像を更新するステップ、
を有する請求項11乃至14の何れか一項に記載の方法。
