Claims (5)
- 回転可能なシャフトに対しその内周で液体を介してしゅう動支持する略円筒形状のスリーブと、前記スリーブを貫通して外部の圧力源から前記スリーブ内周に高圧液体を供給する静圧供給通路と、前記スリーブ内周に設けられるとともに半径方向に凹形状を有し前記静圧供給通路が開口する静圧ポケットとを備えたすべり軸受において、
前記静圧ポケットが周方向に複数並んだ静圧ポケット列が前記スリーブ内周のシャフト軸方向の両端部近傍にそれぞれ少なくとも1列形成され、かつ、前記スリーブ中央部には前記静圧ポケット列に挟まれて前記静圧ポケットの存在しない円筒内周面領域が設けられ、前記静圧ポケットの存在しない円筒内周面領域の前記シャフト軸方向の幅が、前記静圧ポケット列の前記シャフト軸方向の幅の合計よりも大きく設けられていることを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 請求項1に記載されたすべり軸受において、前記静圧ポケットは、前記スリーブ端部に近い外側が前記スリーブ端部から遠い内側よりも前記シャフトの回転方向について上流側に延伸し、かつ、前記スリーブ端部から遠い内側が前記スリーブ端部に近い外側よりも前記シャフト回転方向の下流側に延伸した形状を有することを特徴とするすべり軸受。
- 流体流路の途中に配置されて回転運動により液体を移送するインペラと、回転動力源に接続して前記インペラを回転駆動するシャフトと、前記シャフト外周面を液体を介してしゅう動支持する略円筒形状のスリーブと、前記スリーブを貫通して前記流体流路の吐出側から前記スリーブ内周に高圧液体を供給する静圧供給通路と、前記スリーブ内周に設けられるとともに半径方向に凹形状を有し前記静圧供給通路が開口する静圧ポケットを備えた滑り軸受を有するポンプ装置において、
前記静圧ポケットが周方向に複数並んだ静圧ポケット列が前記スリーブ内周のシャフト軸方向の両端部近傍に少なくとも1列形成され、かつ、前記スリーブ中央部には前記静圧ポケット列に挟まれて前記静圧ポケットの存在しない円筒内周面領域が設けられ、前記円筒内周面領域の前記シャフト軸方向の幅が、前記静圧ポケットの前記シャフト軸方向の幅の合計より大きく設けられていることを特徴とするポンプ装置。 - 請求項3に記載されたポンプ装置において、前記流体流路に流れる液体は流体金属であることを特徴とするポンプ装置。
- 請求項3に記載されたポンプ装置において、前記静圧ポケットは、前記スリーブ端部に近い外側が前記スリーブ端部から遠い内側よりも前記シャフトの回転方向について上流側に延伸し、かつ、前記スリーブ端部から遠い内側が前記スリーブ端部に近い外側よりも前記シャフト回転方向の下流側に延伸した形状を有することを特徴とするポンプ装置。
