Claims (21)
- 遠位に設けられた回動プリズムに接続され、内視鏡の近位端と遠位端との間で近位方向及び遠位方向に前後運動する制御部材であって、該制御部材の前後運動により該回動プリズムをそのプリズム軸の周りに回動させ、前記制御部材の前後運動中は、前記制御部材は該内視鏡の長軸に対する該制御部材の方向を維持している、制御部材と
可変輪郭形状を有する制御面と、
前記制御面と接触し、前記制御面に対し運動し、前記制御面に接触しながら前記制御部材を近位方向及び遠位方向に前後運動させる係合部材と、
前記制御面と係合し、前記制御面を前記係合部材に接触するように押し付けるばね機構と、
を備えたことを特徴とする回動プリズム内視鏡。 - 前記係合部材は、前記内視鏡の長軸の周りに回動する駆動部材に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回動プリズム内視鏡。
- 前記制御面は、前記内視鏡の長軸の周りに回動する駆動部材に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回動プリズム内視鏡。
- 前記制御面の可変輪郭形状は、前記回動プリズムの最大視野角に対応する山と、前記回動プリズムの最小視野角に対応する谷と、を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回動プリズム内視鏡。
- 前記係合部材又は前記制御面は、プリズム調整ノブに、磁気的に接続されており、前記プリズム調整ノブの運動は、前記係合部材又は前記制御面に対応する運動を生じさせることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回動プリズム内視鏡。
- 前記プリズム調整ノブは、前記係合部材又は前記制御面の上方にて半径方向に設けられており、前記内視鏡の長軸の周りに回動することを特徴とする請求項5記載の回動プリズム内視鏡。
- さらに、ハンドルを備え、
前記ハンドルは、片手で前記内視鏡を持って前記プリズム調整ノブを回せるように、前記プリズム調整ノブ近傍の前記内視鏡長軸を含むことを特徴とする請求項6記載の回動プリズム内視鏡。 - さらに、プリズム調整ノブを備え、
前記プリズム調整ノブの回動は、前記係合部材又は前記制御面に対応する回動を生じさせ、
前記ノブの回動は、前記回動プリズムの視野角の変化と1対1に対応することを特徴とする請求項1記載の回動プリズム内視鏡。 - 前記内視鏡は、少なくとも一のプリセット視野角位置を有し、
前記プリズム調整ノブを該プリセット視野角位置まで回動したときに、該プリズム調整ノブが該プリセット視野角位置に固定されることを特徴とする請求項8記載の回動プリズム内視鏡。 - 前記プリズム調整ノブは、配置部材を備え、
前記配置部材は、前記内視鏡長軸に沿って延設され、
当該内視鏡の一部は、該内視鏡長軸を含み、且つ、受け部材を備え、
前記受け部材は、現在の視野角位置にて、前記配置部材を受けて固定することを特徴とする請求項9記載の回動プリズム内視鏡。 - 前記回動プリズムの回動は、前記内視鏡の視野角を、前方、側方、及び、後方の間で変えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回動プリズム内視鏡。
- 前記回動プリズムを前方視野角に一致させると、前記回動プリズムは、光像の方向を実質的に変えることなく、該光像を、伝送工学系又は固体撮像素子に導くことを特徴とする請求項1記載の回動プリズム内視鏡。
- 前記回動プリズムを側方視野角に一致させると、前記回動プリズムは、光像の方向を第一方向と第二方向との間で変えることにより、該光像を伝送光学系又は固体撮像素子に向けて反射することを特徴とする請求項1記載の回動プリズム内視鏡。
- 前記回動プリズムは、ドーブプリズムであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回動プリズム内視鏡。
- 前記回動プリズムは、前方視野角と側方視野角との間の観察窓を構成するハウジング内に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回動プリズム内視鏡。
- 前方視野角と側方視野角との間の観察窓部分は、球面円弧状に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項15記載の回動プリズム内視鏡。
- 前記回動プリズムは、前記長軸の周りに0°〜120°回転可能であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の回動プリズム内視鏡。
- 前記回動プリズムは、ばねによって定位置に保持されないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の回動プリズム内視鏡。
- 遠位に設けられた回動プリズムに接続され、内視鏡の近位端と遠位端との間で近位方向及び遠位方向に前後運動する制御部材であって、該制御部材の前後運動により該回動プリズムをそのプリズム軸の周りに回動させ、前記制御部材の前後運動中は、前記制御部材は該内視鏡の長軸に対する該制御部材の方向を維持している、制御部材と、
可変輪郭形状を有する制御面と、
前記制御面と接触し、前記制御面に対し運動し、前記制御面に接触しながら前記制御部材を近位方向及び遠位方向に前後運動させる係合部材と、
前記制御面と係合し、前記制御面を前記係合部材に接触するように押し付けるばね機構と、
を備え、
前記回動プリズムの回動は、前記内視鏡の視野角を、前方、側方、及び、後方の間で変えることを特徴とする回動プリズム内視鏡。 - 内視鏡の近位端と遠位端との間で近位方向及び遠位方向に前後運動する制御部材と、
前記制御部材に接続されたワイヤであって、これにより、前記制御部材は、前記ワイヤを内視鏡の近位端と遠位端との間で近位方向及び遠位方向に前後運動させる、ワイヤと、
前記ワイヤに接続された、遠位に設けられた回動プリズムであって、前記制御部材の前後運動が、前記ワイヤに前記回動プリズムをそのプリズム軸の周りに回動させ、前記制御部材の前後運動中は、前記制御部材は該内視鏡の長軸に対する該制御部材の方向を維持している、回動プリズムと
可変輪郭形状を有する制御面と、
前記制御面と接触し、前記制御面に対し運動し、前記制御面に接触しながら前記制御部材を近位方向及び遠位方向に前後運動させる係合部材と、
前記制御面と係合し、前記制御面を前記係合部材に接触するように押し付けるばね機構と、
を備えたことを特徴とする回動プリズム内視鏡。 - 前記ワイヤがプリズム調整ノブに接続されることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の回動プリズム内視鏡。
