Claims (8)
- 1次電池ユニットと、
前記1次電池ユニットの全放電容量の20%を超えない容量を有し、前記1次電池ユニットから取り外し可能な2次電池ユニットと、
前記1次電池ユニットおよび前記2次電池ユニットを独立に充電することができ、所与の時間において前記1次電池ユニットおよび前記2次電池ユニットの一方または他方を選択的に放電することができるように構成されたスイッチング回路と、
電池管理システムと、
前記電池管理システムから電池充電状態情報を受け取るように構成され、ならびに前記1次電池ユニットおよび前記2次電池ユニットの充電および放電を制御するように構成されたコントローラであって、
前記1次電池ユニットおよび前記2次電池ユニットを充電するためのユーザからのローカル・コマンドおよび遠隔事業体からのリモート・コマンドに応答するように構成され、
前記1次電池ユニットを放電するためのローカル・コマンドに応答するように構成され、
前記2次電池ユニットを放電するために、前記遠隔事業体の認証と前記2次電池ユニットを放電するための前記コントローラによるローカル許可に従って、前記遠隔事業体からのリモート・コマンドに応答するように構成されたコントローラと
を備える装置。 - ポリシー情報のためのローカル・メモリをさらに備え、前記コントローラが、前記ローカル・メモリに格納されたポリシーに従って、少なくとも前記2次電池ユニットの前記充電または前記放電を制御するように構成された、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ローカル・メモリに格納されたポリシー情報をユーザが設定するための制御パネルをさらに備える、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記2次電池ユニットの充電状態を遠隔地に通信するように構成された通信ユニットをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記2次電池ユニットの位置を前記遠隔地に通信する前記通信ユニットと協働する位置センサをさらに備える、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 動力エネルギーが前記1次電池ユニットおよび前記2次電池ユニットによって供給される電気駆動車両を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記1次電池ユニットおよび前記2次電池ユニットが電気駆動車両に動力エネルギーを供給するように構成された、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 1次電池ユニットおよび2次電池ユニットを有する電気駆動車両が、少なくとも前記2次電池ユニットを電力配電網に放電することが可能な場所に位置していることを検出するステップであって、前記1次電池ユニットおよび前記2次電池ユニットは、前記電気駆動車両に動力エネルギーを供給するように構成されている、ステップと、
前記2次電池ユニットの充電状態を検出するステップと、
認証情報および十分な充電が検出されたことを条件とした電池の放電を開始するリクエストを含む1つまたは複数のメッセージを前記車両上のローカル・コントローラに送信するステップと、
前記ローカル・コントローラからの1つまたは複数の応答メッセージを受信するステップと、
認証が成功していること、および電池の放電を開始する許可がおりていること示す応答メッセージを条件として、前記車両を前記2次電池ユニットのみが放電可能となるスイッチング状態に入るようにするステップと、
前記2次電池ユニットの前記電力配電網への放電を開始するステップと
を含む方法。
