Description
Y2BaZnO5の構造の中に5モル%のEr3+イオンを含んだ化合物を、ゾルゲルタイプの方法により作製した。
La2BaZnO5母材の中に5モル%および10モル%のEr3+イオンをそれぞれ含む化合物2Aおよび2Bをゾルゲル法で作製した。
Gd2BaZnO5の構造の中に3モル%、5モル%および10モル%のEr3+イオンをそれぞれ含む化合物3A、3Bおよび3Cを固相法で作製した。
例3と同一の方法で、1モル%のEr3+イオンと、それぞれ5モル%、10モル%および20モル%のYb3+イオンとを含む化合物4A、4Bおよび4Cを固相法で得た。Yb3+イオンの前駆物質はYb2O3であった。
Gd2BaZnO5構造の中に1モル%、5モル%および10モル%のEr3+イオンをそれぞれ含む化合物5A、5Bおよび5Cをゾルゲル法で作製した。
Gd2BaZnO5母材の中に1モル%のEr3+イオンとそれぞれ5モル%、10モル%および20モル%のEr3+イオンとを含む化合物6A、6Bおよび6Cをゾルゲル法で作製した。
《本発明の実施態様》
本発明の実施態様としては、下記の態様を挙げることができる:
〈1〉式、La 2 BaZnO 5 :Er 3+ 、Gd 2 BaZnO 5 :Er 3+ 、Gd 2 BaZnO 5 :Yb 3+ /Er 3+ 、Gd 2 BaZnO 5 :Yb 3+ /Tm 3+ の化合物から選択された化合物。
〈2〉Yb 3+ /Er 3+ がドープされた式Gd 2 BaZnO 5 の請求項1に記載の化合物。
〈3〉粉末を混合する工程、
その混合物を粉砕する工程、および
その後、前記粉末を化学的に一緒に反応させるように前記混合物を加熱する工程を含む、請求項1または2に記載の化合物を得るための方法。
〈4〉前駆物質、とくに、硝酸塩、酢酸塩または炭酸塩を、水または主に水性溶媒に溶かす工程、
ゲルが得られるように、錯化剤、とくに、クエン酸などのα−ヒドロキシカルボン酸と、場合によっては、架橋剤、とくに、エチレングリコールなどのポリヒドロキシアルコールを加える工程、および
その後、得られた前記ゲルを少なくとも1000℃の温度で加熱する工程を含む、請求項1または2に記載の化合物を得るための方法。
〈5〉入射光のエネルギーレベルに比べて高いエネルギーレベルを有する光に光を変換するための、とくに、約975nmの波長を有する光を約550nmおよび/または660nmの波長を有する光に変換するための、Y 2 BaZnO 5 :Er 3+ 、La 2 BaZnO 5 :Er 3+ 、Gd 2 BaZnO 5 :Er 3+ 、Gd 2 BaZnO 5 :Yb 3+ /Er 3+ 、Gd 2 BaZnO 5 :Yb 3+ /Tm 3+ から選択される化合物の使用。
Claims (5)
- 式、La2BaZnO5:Er3+、Gd2BaZnO5:Er3+、Gd2BaZnO5:Yb3+/Er3+、Gd2BaZnO5:Yb3+/Tm3+の化合物から選択された化合物。
- Yb3+/Er3+がドープされた式Gd2BaZnO5の請求項1に記載の化合物。
- 粉末を混合する工程、
その混合物を粉砕する工程、および
その後、前記粉末を化学的に一緒に反応させるようにして、前記混合物を加熱する工程を含む、請求項1または2に記載の化合物を得るための方法。 - 前駆物質を、水または主に水性溶媒に溶かして溶液を得る工程、
ゲルが得られるようにして、得られた前記溶液に錯化剤を加える工程、そして
得られた前記ゲルを少なくとも1000℃の温度で加熱する工程
を含む、請求項1または2に記載の化合物を得る方法。 - 入射光のエネルギーレベルに比べて高いエネルギーレベルを有する光に光を変換するための、Y 2BaZnO5:Er3+、La2BaZnO5:Er3+、Gd2BaZnO5:Er3+、Gd2BaZnO5:Yb3+/Er3+、Gd2BaZnO5:Yb3+/Tm3+から選択される化合物の使用。
