第2の態様によれば、本発明は、第1の態様による装置を備えたファンに関する。
Claims (14)
- 互いに対して移動可能とされた第1部分及び第2部分を有した少なくとも一つのリニアアクチュエータを備えたインペラー/プロペラのブレードのピッチを変更するための装置であって、
前記リニアアクチュエータはナット・アンド・スクリュー装置であり、
第1ベアリングが、前記第1部分と剛に接続されて非回転機械的要素に取り付けられており、かつ第2ベアリングが前記第2部分に取り付けられており、該第1ベアリングと第2ベアリングとは相対軸方向移動が可能であり、該相対軸方向移動は前記少なくとも一つのリニアアクチュエータによって駆動され、
前記第1ベアリングは、前記インペラー/プロペラのロータシャフトの支持構造と前記非回転機械的要素との間に取り付けられ、前記支持構造と前記少なくとも一つのリニアアクチュエータとの相対回転が可能とされており、
前記第2ベアリングは、前記第2部分と、前記支持構造に回転点を有したレバー手段との間に取り付けられており、
前記レバー手段は前記ブレードに固定可能であり、前記ブレードの相対的なピッチ変更が可能とされており、
前記少なくとも一つのリニアアクチュエータが操作された際に、前記第2部分が軸方向に移動し、前記レバー手段の角度が変化することによりブレードのピッチが変化し、かつ、
前記第1ベアリング及び前記第2ベアリングは半径方向及び軸方向の組合せ荷重に耐えられるものであり、これにより、前記少なくとも一つのリニアアクチュエータが操作された際に、前記ロータシャフトへの影響が及ばないように前記非回転機械的要素に作用する力が発生される
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1記載の装置において、前記レバー手段を揺動可能に支持するために前記支持構造内に第3ベアリングを備えてなる装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、前記ロータシャフトと前記支持構造とは一体に構成されてなる装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、前記第2部分と前記第2ベアリングとの間にガイド手段を備えてなる装置。
- 請求項4記載の装置において、前記ガイド手段は前記非回転機械的要素に対し軸方向にスライド可能とされていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項4記載の装置において、前記ガイド手段は、前記非回転機械的要素の少なくとも一部を囲む形状を有してなる装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、前記非回転機械的要素は前記第1部分と一体とされた一部分であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、前記リニアアクチュエータは、液圧式、空気圧、又は電気機械式のリニアアクチュエータである装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、前記リニアアクチュエータは、ネジ、ローラネジ、又はボールネジである装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、複数のリニアアクチュエータを備えてなる装置。
- 請求項10記載の装置において、複数のリニアアクチュエータが、前記非回転機械的要素の外周面を囲んで等角配置されてなる装置。
- 請求項10記載の装置において、複数のリニアアクチュエータが、前記ロータシャフトの外周面を囲んで非等角に配置されてなる装置。
- 請求項1記載の装置において、前記レバー手段が、前記ブレードから軸方向に離れて位置した追加のブレードを操作する手段を備えてなる装置。
- 複数のブレード/翼が回転できるように構成されたハブを有したロータを備え、かつ、請求項1ないし13の何れか一項記載の装置を備えてなるファン。
