Description
好ましくは、噴射器は、燃料もまた、可変流路手段および付加的流路のうちの少なくとも一方を通って制御室に流入するように構成される。

Claims (11)
- 内燃機関への燃料送達に使用する燃料噴射器であって、
少なくとも1つのノズル出口を通して燃料送達を制御するように、全閉位置と全開位置との間の移動範囲にわたって弁ニードル座に対して移動可能な弁ニードル(20)を有し、それにより、ノズルニードルの移動が制御室(18)内の燃料圧力によって制御される、ノズルと、
前記制御室(18)に流入し前記制御室(18)から流出する燃料流を制御して、前記制御室を加圧し減圧するためのノズル制御弁(10、32a、32b)とを備え、
前記弁ニードルの移動が、前記弁ニードルが前記全開位置に接近するにつれて、前記全閉位置から離れる初期の移動と比べて大幅に減衰されるように、前記制御室を出る燃料の流量を、前記弁ニードルの前記移動範囲全体にわたって変化させるために、前記制御室と連通する可変流路手段(52、52a、44、46)をさらに備え、前記制御室と連通して燃料が前記制御室(18)から流出する付加的流路(42)をさらに備え、
前記弁ニードルまたは前記弁ニードルによって支持される部分(20)が、前記付加的流路(42)と協働して、前記弁ニードルがその全開位置に到達する直前にさらなる局所的減衰効果を前記弁ニードルにもたらす形成物(26)を、前記弁ニードル座から離れた前記弁ニードルまたは前記部分の端部に含み、
前記可変流路手段が、前記弁ニードルまたは前記弁ニードルによって支持される部分(20)と前記制御室(18)への流路(52)との間の協働によって形成され、それにより、前記弁ニードルもしくは前記部分(20)が、前記弁ニードルの前記移動範囲全体を通して可変の度合で前記流路(52)と協働して、前記可変流路手段を通る燃料に可変流量をもたらし、
前記弁ニードルが前記全開位置にあるときに、前記制御室(18)への前記流路(52)の入り口ポート(52a)が前記弁ニードルまたは前記部分(20)によって開かれる程度は、前記弁ニードルが前記全閉位置にあるときに開かれる程度に比べて小さい、燃料噴射器。 - 前記付加的流路(42)が、前記制御室(18)を出る前記燃料流に一定の制限を与える、請求項1に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 燃料が、前記可変流路手段(52、52a、44、46)および前記付加的流路(42)のうちの少なくとも一方を通って前記制御室(18)に流入する、請求項1または2に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記流路(52)の前記入り口ポート(52a)が、前記弁ニードルが前記全開位置にあるときに、前記弁ニードルまたは前記部分(20)によって完全に閉じられる、請求項1に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記流路(52)の前記入り口ポート(52a)が、前記弁ニードルが前記全閉位置にあるときに、前記弁ニードルまたは前記部分(20)によって少なくとも部分的に開かれる、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記流路(52)の前記入り口ポート(52a)が、前記弁ニードルが前記全閉位置にあるときに、完全に開かれる、請求項5に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記流路(52)の前記入り口ポート(52a)が、前記全閉位置から離れる初期の移動直後の前記移動範囲の一部の間、完全に開かれたままである、請求項6に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記ノズル制御弁が三方制御弁(10)である、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記弁ニードルまたは前記部分(20)が案内される噴射器本体(12)の上面に、前記制御室(18)が画定され、シム板(16)が前記制御室(18)の開放端を閉じる、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記シム板(16)が、前記噴射器本体(12)と、前記ノズル制御弁(10)のための制御弁筐体(14)との間に配置され、前記ノズル制御弁が、前記噴射器本体(12)および前記ノズル制御弁(14)によってそれぞれ画定される第1および第2の弁座(48、50)を有する、請求項9に記載の燃料噴射器。
- 前記シム板(16)に、前記シム板を通して延び、前記制御弁(10)の弁ピンの一部(32b)を受け入れるシム板室(36)が設けられている、請求項10に記載の燃料噴射器。
